[That man's POV] Hearing the chirping of birds, it is time for the moon to go back to sleep in the sky where they belong. The sun has just set, and the light of dawn is beginning to illuminate the land from a distance. But today, it doesn't feel peaceful as usual; no one knows what news this day's sun is bringing. No one knows for whom this sun will be the cause of victory and for whom it will be the cause of defeat.

Hunter and Charles wasted no time heading to the small town where Aleah had been spotted. It was late afternoon, and Aleah stood by the shoreline, watching the sun dip below the horizon. The golden light bathed her as the wind played with her hair. Watching the sunset had become her refuge—a quiet moment where she wished, over and over, for her memories to return.

For the Tick Moon pack, a lot of things happened at night. It was our tradition to get work done when the sun went down and sleep until it was the next day’s noon. For some other places, it was awry but we were used to it here. There are a lot of things that would be weird outside our pack but normal in here, which made me realize I had to work on myself after I reached whatever destination I wanted to be at.

The first rays of sunlight lit up my room. The dawn chorus of melodic birdsong drifted in. The rising sun cast a rosy hue across the morning sky. Golden fingers of sunlight lit up the scene. At daybreak, it is cool and invigorating, full of songbirds, walkers and joggers. At midday, it is sleepy, hot and still. In the evening, shadows lengthen and coolness returns. But at night, it can be a frightening place, with dangers lurking in the dark shadows of the foliage.

And so, as the sun began to set, it's time for them to return back to the homes. As the sun began its descent, casting a warm golden glow over the horizon, Luna and Susan knew it was time to head back home. Luna turned to her best friend with a determined expression on her face and said, "Finally, it's time to return home. Starting tomorrow, tutor me. This time, my grades are in your hands, so please help me to improve my grades I want to study well."

Mane sat cross-legged for about an hour. Before long, the light poring outside the window ceased its action, and the room grew dim. Mane was so lost in his meditation, he didn’t notice that the sun had gone down. Luckily for him, there was someone here who wasn’t meditating.

Shelly’s POV By the time Sabrina and I arrive home, the sun has already started to dip below the horizon, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink. It's around dinner time, and the house feels quiet, perhaps a touch too quiet, as though it's holding its breath for the evening's activity.

Varyx growls, and the Hollow Choir sings louder. Falling onto my back, I look up at the sky. The sun is beginning to set. We didn’t make it. When the sun goes down, the rest of the creatures of Morvathuun will feast on our bodies. May the Goddess have mercy on our souls.

Soren Hours tick by and the sun begins to make its descent from the top of the sky, sinking towards the horizon. I watch from afar, arms crossed over my chest, and take notice of how quick the soldiers are working. Usually, all of the outdoor lights would be on so that we can properly see where we are heading and make for sure we do not run into anything, but since Bianca has decided to unleash a threat on us, we have to work under the slowly setting sun in a race against time before we are enveloped in nothing but darkness.

Fifteen minutes later, we were out of the room and the mansion, and we were just taking a stroll as he suggested. The sun was already setting as the day was slowly fading away into the night. The soft Amber glow of the orange sun shining across the sky filled with a clear cloud made it feel like the sun was a lone being that was lost in the middle of a large sea, its light the only way to cry for help that was sure to come later by giving it peace and making it rest until the next day when the cycle would start again.
