The faint orange rays of the sun were stroking her long navy-blue hair as if they were trying to cheer up the downhearted girl.
Sirius didn't attempt to talk to her. He sat silently beside her and watched the sunset, captivated. One of the things that didn't change from his previous world was the spectacle occurring in front of him, but back then, he lacked the inner peace to appreciate the beauty that spectacle deserved.
"Do you hate me, Astar?" Sarah, who became quickly aware of his presence, was initially hesitant to talk first. She was afraid of what answer her question would receive, but the anxiousness of being in the dark was eventually too harrowing.
