Creed also noticed the shift in the temperature and decided to finally glance outside, but the moment he did, his pupils shrunk. Above them was a dark sky with glittering stars, whereas below was a boundless dark water body reflecting the light from the stars and thrashing back at them. Creed could help but mumble in shock, "O...Ocean!"

Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.

I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

I'm Stuck in Another World with an Idiot

I'm Stuck in Another World with an Idiot

Midway. Hahaha... This place is appalling, but it's still as splendid as the paintings in the Louvre Museum. The pitch-black sky with sprinkles of white. The cetacean blue ocean beyond the harbor, stretching the entire horizon. And the dim fluorescence by the crescent moon, gleaming on the uncountable number of passing vehicles. How remarkable is this beauty? If only the inhabitants of this world were even half as alluring as the place they live in. But unfortunately... such heaven doesn't exist.

The North Star

The North Star

Danica said exasperated. “Tell me.” Kaleb said, looking down at her notes. “It's like a riddle. It says the ocean is where the land meets the sea but not where you think. It also mentions something about being sky high and starlight.” Danica grumbled. “Well then it's not on the beach which would be the easiest. So maybe a river that runs through the island?” Kaleb asked.

Sinful Pleasures

Sinful Pleasures

The large house sat on a hill with an overlooking view of the restless sea. Its private beach was empty. The waves formed foam against the rocky formation on the dark sands. The sun just started to set, rendering the skies with purple, orange, and red hues. Rye put down the binoculars. "What's the plan?" Jim asked while he watched appreciatively the magnificent Pacific Ocean. "I don't know." Rye was nervous. "Maybe, I should go first?" Jim suggested lightly.

Hidden Desires: My Best Friend's Older Brother

Hidden Desires: My Best Friend's Older Brother

The bond between us, born from shared challenges and now strengthened by moments like this, felt palpable. We walked in comfortable silence, the ocean stretching out before us, and I couldn't help but feel a growing connection between Logan and me. It was as if the beach, with its vastness and its peaceful beauty, had created a space where our guards could come down. As the sun embarked on its descent toward the horizon, a slow and deliberate journey that marked the end of another beautiful day, the sky transformed into a canvas of ethereal colors. Hues of orange, pink, and deepening shades of blue painted the heavens, creating a breathtaking spectacle that seemed almost otherworldly. The tr

Maid for Him

Maid for Him

The sun beamed brightly across an azure sky, clouds drifting lazily in its path. At a stunning beach, framed by coconut trees and lush vegetation, a waterfall tumbled from a towering mountain, its crystal-clear waters cascading into a river that met the sea in rhythmic waves. On the shore, Rhea lay unconscious. The waves lapped at her, nudging gently until she stirred. A cough escaped her lips as her eyelids fluttered open. Above her, birds wheeled across the sky, the sunlight glaring down with an almost personal intensity.

Bought By The Billionaire

Bought By The Billionaire

The outgoing tide leaves a strand-line of weed and debris. Craning this way and that, I look for the beach house. "How far to go? It feels like we've travelled miles." My Master glances sidelong. "We're almost there." Ahead of us, the hillocked sand opens up completely, revealing a panoramic sky and seascape. A mackerel sky reflects onto a sea of green, sheening to grey metal on the horizon. As we round a corner past the final dune, our destination hoves into view, and my jaw drops.

KATERINA I'VE NEVER SEEN SO many shades of blue and green. The ocean is like a stained-glass painting, stretching for endless miles until the border merges with the cerulean sky, making it impossible to tell them apart. It's the most amazing thing I've ever seen. But I can't enjoy it, not with my heart wedged in my throat. "Are we almost there?" I yell over the buzz of the sea-plane's engine.

My Blood Wizard System

My Blood Wizard System

I’m on the dorm roof before I’m fully awake, barefoot, Hellebore Mist already humming across my back. The others are right behind me (no one needs to be told when the sky changes its mind). Above us, the bruised-twilight sky has split open in a perfect vertical line. Through it I can see the real Black Sea at midnight, black water lit from below by something ancient and angry. A single line of Deep Script burns across the water, visible even from here: COME HOME, DAUGHTER OF STORMS. Remy steps up beside me, braids loose in the wind, golden eyes reflecting the underwater glow.

DIRTY DESIRES: DADDIES TASTE BETTER

DIRTY DESIRES: DADDIES TASTE BETTER

Out here, with nothing but the ocean in every direction, the sky was absolutely packed with them—layer upon layer, deep and endless and humbling. I stood there for a moment, just breathing. Then I started walking.

Frequently Asked Questions

The line 'Where the ocean meets the sky, I'll be sailing' from 'Sailing' by Rod Stewart has always felt like a metaphor for freedom and escape to me. It paints this vivid image of endless horizons, where boundaries blur and possibilities feel infinite. The ocean symbolizes life's vast, unpredictable journey, while the sky represents dreams or aspirations. Sailing between them feels like chasing that perfect balance between reality and what could be.

I’ve listened to this song during crossroads in my life—like when I moved cities or switched careers. There’s something about the way Stewart’s raspy voice delivers it that makes it sound both nostalgic and hopeful. It’s not just about physical travel; it’s about mental liberation. The lyrics don’t specify a destination, which I love. It’s the act of moving forward that matters, not where you land.
