Who Is Responsible For Responding To An Activated Door Alarm นิยาย & เรื่องราว

Only two cameras remained active. One showed the front gate being cut open. The other showed a black SUV speeding toward the safe house. My heart lurched. Was it Voss’s men arriving early? Or…? The automated voice suddenly changed tone a new alert: “Unauthorized high-priority access detected. Override code accepted. Security system disengaging from internal command.” The steel door of the panic room hissed and began to unlock. I scrambled backward in terror, pressing myself against the far wall. The door swung open.

he asked. I couldn't hear his response, but from the look on his face I knew it wasn't anything favorable. “What did he say?” I couldn't stop myself from asking. “Reinforced Steel,” he replied, “I can't pry it open, it has to be opened properly.” Sigh. Guess there's no avoiding this. “Let me—” “Wait!" Ghost's voice had my hand hanging in the air. “Yes?” “Those doors are connected to alarms, not just any kind, it's a heavyweight security trigger, just one touch and they'll be notified.”

He presses the one button on that device, making all the alarms in the interrogation area go off and alert Malcolm that there is trouble. Malcolm was sitting at his desk when the alarms went off. He jumped to his feet as there was only one person and only 2 prisoners that were in that section at the moment. He grabs the medics as he passes their station just in case and hurries down to the only occupied room.

I was about to turn around, I just want to play hard to get and just let him out there when he spoke. "I'll climb it up, Leysa. Hurry up. Open this damn gate!" I would not have taken it seriously when I heard the house alarm. Yes, this house is high-tech, once someone tries to climb the gate or enter it without going through the correct entrance it will automatically alarm which is connected to the guard station of the subdivision. So I hurriedly opened the gate. Shit, anytime soon I am sure there is a patrol here.

I couldn’t imagine him any other way. This past week I’d definitely picked up on my senses getting stronger. Knowing now about the baby I had to wonder if that was because of it, or even just being around the brothers. It even seemed like my contacts and glasses were kind of messing with my head. Maybe I did need to adjust the prescription. We all watched with bated breath as the police got into the building. “Do you think security is helping? How are they keeping the doors locked,” I asked. “Well we do have an alarm system but it's on a timer, not set to go off until night. The cleaning crew of course have access codes and some others that may have to come in at all hours for whatever reaso

He marches me, staggering, to the front door and stations me in front of the panel. “Set it,” he demands. My brain is swirling with whatever Rita drugged us with, and as I giggle uncontrollably Tony shakes then slaps me. The memory of Pete familiarizing me with the setup surges to the forefront of my mind as I stretch my hand toward the keypad. Remember, Brielle, this system has a panic feature. If you enter your code in backwards, the alarm will set – but it will also send a silent notification to us and the police. Okay?

I didn’t turn back until I heard the lock click shut, then I picked up my phone and got ready for business. I’m sure that everyone in this house got the memo, they know exactly what to do in situations like this. Even the maids and other domestic staff were duly informed. I guess it’s only Mia that is still left in the dark, that is why I needed to yell out instructions to her again. Once this alarm goes off, every one of them, I mean all domestic staffers is expected to go into their rooms and shut the door firmly. Only the guards and security personnel are allowed to be out here.

He sucks in a breath and then another as he stands there, the life coming back to his eyes. “Would you have really killed me over such a pathetic comment?” he asks in between breaths. I ignore his question and head straight to the security room. No one is manning the desk, and fiery rage fills me. What is the use if no one is here to fucking do as I say? Letting it go, for the time being, I focus my attention on the monitors. The cameras don’t show a disturbance, but the alarm is going off, which means even if the intruders aren’t seen, they are still out there.

we walked past the foyer into the main house. I turned around to get a renewed view of the door. Suddenly the weird keypad and lock system made sense. "The guard has his post downstairs in the basement, and only you, I, and a few others know he's there. He sees when someone is coming in and opens the gate, and he sometimes answers the doors when there is a guest," "So he was the man speaking the day I got here," I said in realization. "He was. Before he opens the door, he disables the security and puts back the codes once the doors close, in and out."

Alessio “What’s that?” I demand, looking at Evelyn who starts to stare at the door like she’s waiting for death himself to come in and take her soul. “Were you expecting a visitor?” She completely ignores me, stepping back behind her desk and rummaging through the drawers. She finds a slim silver device with a number pad that she punches on with the force of an angry toddler, then she brings it against her ear. “Hello?” Evelyn calls into the device, her face contorted with worry. “David? David, I need you to check what set those alarms. Send me guards immediately and. . . .”
