Novel & Cerita Wiccan And Hulkling

Wolves clashed with cultists as the valley trembled. Mira fought her way through the wave, cutting through enemy after enemy. But Jerrin was gone. She had no time to hunt him. Instead, she spotted the heart of the ritual: a circle of obsidian pillars, each with a bound wolf strapped to its face. Above them, the spire’s peak began to shift—opening like a flower. Inside, a figure stepped into view. Clad in crimson and bone, Seer Halvek raised his arms. “Brothers. Sisters. Witness the becoming!”

I was afraid of what I must hear next, "Witches who practice the ancient arts are in contracts with demons. Everything demons do, they ask the sacrifices, like life force, youth, and strength; they feed off you. That ritual was experimental. There are no records that depict how you wake a Hibernating Supreme Alpha—" "Are you saying when they were slaughtering me in a monument because they were 'experimenting'?" My temper flared as my fear faced the volatile state I had landed in. I scoffed, trying to reign in the emotions knocking on just past my eyelids."So I was just a collateral?"

I’m looking over the meeting minutes and ticking places off the map when Tru’s voice pulls me from my thoughts, “Would the Willow know where to find the stone?” I pause for a moment. Willow is considered the spirit of the forests and trees. She’s old and wise and knows many things. Anything that happens close to trees, she will see it. Speaking with her is dangerous. Humans and other creatures have destroyed many different forests. Special huldra were created to protect her. The huldra would begin to sing if a man entered the forest where Willow dwells. The intruder would follow the sound, and the huldra would lure them deeper into the forest. Then if the man was lucky, he is given a quick d

Silver's laughter cut through the serene air, a sound that held a hint of something darker beneath its surface. "Oh, you have no idea, do you?" Her eyes glinted with an intensity that sent a shiver down my spine. "You underestimate what a witch can do, what I can do. I'm part wolf, part witch. I'm a hybrid that is already stronger than both a wolf and a witch! There's nothing I cannot do, Lilac!"

But I was on a mission and time was of the essence. The man dragged her back inside. Two of my warriors dragged the dead wolf into the forest. I HATED Ciderhill. But if I wanted to find a witch, this was the place to do it. Ciderhill was so far into rogue territory, it bordered the northern edge. Just beyond Ciderhill was the rogue territory border. And beyond that? Witches. They weren’t overtly witches. They often hid their true identity. Even since the Lycan/Witch wars hundreds of years ago (the war where my family had been cursed), witches had kept to themselves.

Fiona asked. "Alpha Izaak was being injected with Napellus," she said. "It's a hallucination plant, and when infused with witchcraft it can cause endless pain to its victims. It's a miracle you can still be sober by morning." "Witchcraft?" Fiona and I asked in disbelief. "Yes," Elder Ellie replied. "So there are witches amongst them?" "Not anymore," Elder Ellie responded. "The witches have been banished a long time ago. When Alpha Izaak's father was just a young alpha."

Flickering candles lined the edges of the circle, their flames dancing in rhythm with the whispers of the wind. Seraphina stood at the altar, her hands hovering over the five amulets spread before her. Her eyes were closed in deep concentration, her lips moving in silent incantation. Behind her, her coven of witches moved in unison, each of them chanting in an ancient language, their voices blending into a haunting harmony that seemed to resonate with the power of the amulets.

Witchery involves harnessing the magic already existent throughout the world with rituals and recipes, while warlocks are those who wield the magic of creatures from beyond this world. He wrinkles his nose very delicately. ‘Not warlocks, but some witches, especially those that identify as pagans. Mystics—human practitioners who find ways to harness the magic within their mortal bodies—also tend to work, but they’re very uncommon in this city. I’ll tell you more about them next time I give you and Scintilla a lesson in sorcery.’ He doesn’t seem inclined to explain more, and I don’t want to ask, either, in case I reveal something that I’m not supposed to, so instead I just let him help me heal

Ilyra explained, her voice gentle but firm as she held the old woman’s hand. "The Nexus? You're both fools if you think you can just walk into the center of the marsh and take what you want, because the path is guarded by the Drowned Witches now," Hestia said, and she looked up at me with a grim, knowing smile that chilled me to the marrow. "They are the spirits of the women your pack threw into the black pools during the raids, and they’ve spent the last twenty years waiting for a Rauvenhollow wolf to come back so they can pull him down into the silt and keep him there forever."

Henrick looks at me with a sharp gasp, as if expecting me to say something but when I do not, he stabs his fork into his plate. “Ah! Orthodox is the reason why he is even alive for so long. Not your magic practices.” “You know how to keep his body working but it's only an empty shell if there is no soul restoration.” Sir Wicker sips water now. Henrick laughs with a tinge of mockery. “Witchery. Always with the theatrics and fancy language. You are nothing without your stupid spells and potions.” Sir Wicker does not let it slide. “You are nothing without your stupid pills and irrational fearmongering.”
