Her long brown hair was loose over her body. She was already tall at 5’11”, but her three-inch stiletto put her just over 6’3”.

When Hailey and Keegan had visited, Thorgan had been at home, clutching his body pillow and sleeping like a log. Trenton and the others had also concealed his existence, so he truly knew nothing.

The hair began to burn, and the smoke was fluttering toward a direction. “Let’s go!” Kayson had just finished speaking, yet he was already standing several feet away from Willow. Willow was shocked. “He’s fast!” She circulated her inner energy and followed after Kayson. She was a level-1 Admiralporium member and would become a laughingstock if she couldn’t catch up to Kayson.

“You can just barely make out the werewolf continent!” Chris chuckled as he followed my finger. There, off in the distance, was the peak of a mountain poking out through the haze of fog. Moonpeak Mountain—the tallest mountain in the entire werewolf continent, and also the location of Moonshine pack. “Have you visited there before?” Chris asked as we settled into our seats. “Moonshine pack, I mean?” I shook my head. “Never. It’s too far, and the mountain road to get there is treacherous.”

He remained sitting in a cross-legged position with his eyes closed, but Dewey could feel his aura gradually turning more threatening. “The Feather Peak and the Horizon Peak used to be in the same peak and though they are separated now, they still maintained a close relationship. These two peaks are obviously targeting our Supreme Peak,” Maxim spoke as he slowly opened his eyes. Even though his voice was flat, there was no denying the terrifying rage one could detect in it. “Yes, it seems that way. They wouldn’t dare treat us this way if Douglas Gin was still here. It’s such a shame that he…” At the mention of Douglas’s name, Dewey’s expression turned sorrowful.

But she also knew she couldn’t leave without checking it out. Dan was standing beside her, staring at the tall wired fence covered with barbed wires. He could see several cameras pointed towards the gate, but he didn’t see anyone around. “So,” he started, his voice low and uncertain. “Where are we exactly?” Willow glanced at him before she returned her attention to the property. “Hendricks’ Estate. I think it might be here.” Dan looked at her and frowned. “How can you be so sure?” Willow scratched the back of her head, biting her lip. “I’m not. But if not here, then where?”

Willow’s POV An hour later, I stood on the eastern ridge of Wolf's Fang Canyon. Below me lay a mountain pass narrow as a blade, flanked by nearly vertical walls of icy rock. The wind was strong, snapping my dark silver cloak wildly around me. Below, the decoy carriage sat in the pass, a silent lure. Inside, one of Lucian's most capable warriors sat wearing my cloak. And I was simply standing at the highest point, waiting for that rabid mutt to walk into my trap.
