Her skin was cold, and her breathing faint, but it was the darkness in her eyes that terrified him the most. For the first time, something within him stirred—a deep, primal instinct. He had never unleashed his wings before, not fully, but now they sprang from his back with a force that shocked even him. The black wings unfurled, stretching wide, their edges glowing faintly with an unearthly light. He had never flown properly before, had never trusted himself to soar, but there was no time for doubt.

I kicked open a door to the right. Nothing. "Clear!" Then I came to another door across the hallway and heard voices. I kicked it open, and Xander and Elias were standing there nude, having just shifted, and Balista and Sasha were backed against the wall.

He wrapped her up in his arms and manuevered them into sitting position and as she wrapped her arms around his neck and shoulders he grabbed her waist and guided her down on top of him. She shuddered with pleasure as their bodies joined together. Their kisses grew more demanding as his thrusts became faster and harder. As I thought it over the idea became more appealing to me because since Hawk was not involved in the organization then hardly anyone besides Whiz and myself would know where she was.
