The Lonely Lights of Winter

The Lonely Lights of Winter

On the day I was diagnosed with stage four cancer, Vivian Cross handed me a contract for a divorce reality show. I already knew that meant she'd lost another bet to her secretary, Miles Smith. They'd made ninety-nine bets over the years, and every time, Vivian let herself lose on purpose. She lost the house we decorated for our wedding. She lost the wedding itself. She even lost our son's body, handing him over so Miles could satisfy his twisted curiosity about the human body. Our baby had been seven months along when they donated his remains. He'd been so small. Vivian slid the contract across to me, tapping the papers. "Ethan, I lost another bet. It's just a reality show. Help me keep M

Caelan didn't even look up from slicing a portion of meat for me. "The transit tax remains at fifteen percent. The Thorncroft Alpha Dominion does not subsidize mismanaged supply lines." "Caelan, please," Rowan interjected, leaning forward, her hands clasped together in desperate plea. "The winter rose gardens in the inner courtyard are in full bloom. Take Elowen to see them while Evander and I review the terms. A short walk will clear the tension."

Spring Without Return

Spring Without Return

“Ms. Quinn, the Crownland ID card you are carrying is fake. Your official identity registration has always been tied to your overseas citizenship. All these years, you have only stayed in Crownland on a tourist visa. “And this bank card does not belong to you either. The account holder is a woman named Olivia. “In other words, if you want to withdraw any money, you will need her permission.” My mind went blank. On my first day in Crownland, Ethan had handed me that local ID card. He told me he had arranged long-term residency for me so I would not have to worry about visas. I never doubted him. The bank card? The gallery’s finance department gave it to me during my second month of work. It w

Wolves of winter hollow

Wolves of winter hollow

“But the enemy won’t wait for us to feel ready. You must be ready.” Her words burned through me, sharp and urgent. I knew she was right. But the thought of facing what was coming, of stepping into my own power fully… it both thrilled and terrified me. Meanwhile, miles away, in Winter Hollow, Ronan’s fingers traced the edges of the scroll as though its words might speak louder if touched carefully enough. THE RETURNED WOLFE… AMIRA. The name alone seemed to thrum in the air, pulling at something deep inside him. His pulse quickened, heart thundering against ribs he hadn’t realized were already tight with anticipation.

Then it hit him and a smirk plastered on his face, “Oh right. We definitely have to go mow. “I can’t wait to officially have you, Mrs. Hudson.” I chuckled, feeling butterflies in my stomach. This is really it. I can’t wait to be on more adventures with my husband, Eion. It was all worth it. And I’m proud to say that I am Snow caught in his Winter Heart. **

Her Cloned Alpha

Her Cloned Alpha

SEVEN "You can't catch me!" Winter squealed after throwing a strawberry into my mouth. She stood up and ran away, holding the hem of her flowery dress. Without thinking, I ditched the bowl of strawberries, got up from the mat, and called out behind her, "I am gonna get you!" "I'd like to see you try, Mr. Seven Greywolf!" Winter, whose hair was now flying in the wind, teased as she ran. The speed on my heels was a little lesser than usual. I allowed Winter to run halfway through the garden before picking up speed.

The Last Guests of Winter

The Last Guests of Winter

They stood there, stunned, staring at the heavy snowfall blanketing everything in white. Rhett quickly came up with an excuse about the roads being too slippery and persuaded Ruby to come back inside. The group began scrambling to find anything to keep warm. They searched the entire villa, upstairs and downstairs, but could not even find a single thick blanket. After a long while, they ended up huddled together on the couch in the living room, still dressed in short sleeves and shorts. They told Jasmine to call me for help. I comforted her for a bit, then deliberately sounded troubled.

Summer Has Ended, And Winter Is Eternal

Summer Has Ended, And Winter Is Eternal

However, he never showed himself, leaving me with no chance to vent my frustration. This absurd routine continued until the Snowcrest New Year. It was the grandest festival on the Snowcrest Plateau. To my surprise, John did not show up. By the time the sun was setting, I overheard people talking. Another avalanche had struck the Skyspire Mountains. My eyelid twitched. A moment later, the neighbor’s daughter spotted me and asked in surprise, “Dr. Summer, isn’t that handsome guy with you? He went to get you a gift, didn’t he?”

The Love of a Werewolf

The Love of a Werewolf

Jackson smiled up at Wren and ignored the way his heart sped up when Wren grinned back. He also ignored the way Wren’s eyes flicked down to his chest. They stepped out into a snowy, quite literal ‘Winter Wonderland,’ as the little sign proclaimed. Small twinkle lights blinked merrily at them from every tree and bush. They hung like diamonds from branches. Instrumental versions of holiday songs played softly from hidden speakers. Flurries cascaded over them and speckled Wren’s dark hair with white. A brick path was cleared of snow and led the way through the gardens.

A wonderful story and beautifully written characters. This has become one of my favorite were novels and I've read it four times since I first discovered it. I love the gentle respectful romance between the main characters, and that smut was NOT part of the story. Thank you for sharing with us.

Azian (Prince of Dragons)

she hummed, pulling the ribbon out of her hair, walking past the small group. Edwin rolled his shoulders taking in the usual sight before him, glancing over at Abigail as she spoke, "they're never the same worlds but they all look the same, trees, rivers mountain tops-” "And that's because the winter cycle isn't yet in,” Ena chuckled, her hands folded across her chest, “soon it will be snow, snow, and more snow," she huffed, taking a stand in the middle, "let's not waste any more time. Edwin!” she called out.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I love the characters and how well you have them interact with each other. I can’t remember the last time I laughed so much when reading a book. Even though I had an inkling on where the story might go, I preferred to follow along with your storytelling instead.
