WillowRidge

WillowRidge

Beatrix: After my shift at the café, I decided to take a walk. The restrictions had kept most of the media at bay, but I still took the back alley to avoid the reporters. The sun was setting, casting a golden glow over WillowRidge, and I found myself drawn toward the community hall. The place was quiet, almost eerie in the fading light. I stepped inside, my footsteps echoing in the empty space. Memories flooded back—the laughter of children, the warmth of my father’s hand as he led me to the play area, and… Sebastian.

Winter Without You

Winter Without You

Rowan gave me a detailed briefing on the company’s operations. With his help, I quickly got up to speed and threw myself into the work. One day, while we were in a meeting, a commotion erupted downstairs. I looked down from the upper floor and saw Ronan arranging a massive heart made of red roses. Holding a megaphone, he shouted up at me, "Calista, give me another chance. Can we start over?"

Reclaim the Ice Crown (Blue Triangle Series #1)

Reclaim the Ice Crown (Blue Triangle Series #1)

“Because we’re less suspicious? I don’t know. Ask the boss yourself.” Snowfall had already stopped as they went out of the dark alley. Icy wind breezed on their faces. The cobblestone streets were blanketed with snow. Despite the late time, there were still many people outside. Winterrun was livelier than any other villages Arth had seen, especially during the night. But the best thing he found in this village was the flowers. The village was so full of flower shops and stalls that they could be easily spotted at any corner. Even at every mansions and houses, there were beautiful gardens grown and displayed at the front yards. The aromatic scent had always taken Arth back to his village in F

This is one of the best fantasy books I've ever read so far. I strongly recommend it because it is definitely worth the coins spent! I'm in love with the diversity of the characters with each of them having their own stories and and past. Also, when are you going to post the second book???

To be honest, this story isn't badly written at all but you need to add more descriptions. However, there's really something in this book that keeps me on turning the pages. I don't know if it's your writing style, the compelling plot/conflict, or the characters... this story indeed has potential.

The Female Alpha's Peak

The Female Alpha's Peak

STAR 'S POV It was the early dawn of winter, the moon seemed to be at sleep, the stars mocking me from above, if you listened well enough, you could hear the light whispers of the winter wind: to walk through the woods at that time of year was like a death wish, the worst could happen. Remembering stories of ghosts and witches in the woods got me frightened at the least. It took courage to walk through those woods. The chilly weather wasn’t any helpful, neither were my clothes. A white off-shoulder lace top and a red mini skirt are not an outfit for weather like this. I couldn’t remember why I was in the woods in the first place, and with the clothes, I was on for that matter, I rarely go ou

The Alpha and Her Hunter

The Alpha and Her Hunter

She was the least likely person to run away for a weekend tryst with the enemy. She was glad for the long walk home. She would shift eventually to shorten the trek but for now, she wanted to walk alone. The sky was clear, and the bite of winter whispered on the wind, hinting at its inevitability. It wouldn't be long now before the roads were covered and travel would be near impossible.

He's Not the Alpha

He's Not the Alpha

GRAYSON A SMALL GIFT Winter was now here, strong winds replacing the cool toasty whisphers of summer, frost nipping at our nose and toes, practially any skin that's left exposed. The landscape is blanketed in white fluffy caps, but lonely. At least that's how it has been for the last few years. I've given up on attempting to get Leila inside. I've resorted to silence to end our constant bickering, since she's being stubborn as usual. Leila's dressed warmly, though I'm still working on perfecting the shoe I've got for her.

Married at First Sight

Married at First Sight

Only two or three had remained in the Stone residence as the rest had gone home for Christmas. With fewer people around, the chores had piled up. There were fallen leaves everywhere in the yard. Still, Audrey did not blame the remaining helpers for the mess. She just remarked that the abundance of leaves was normal and that walking around on them during the quiet moments gave her a sense that they were truly into the autumn and winter seasons. Wiltspoon did not really have a winter. Most of the year, it was either summer or spring, while the autumn and winter seasons were short.

Thus far the book ... was compelling but disappointed that there is no ending to the novel. I planned on reading another book after this but with this experience why would I since there might not be and ending to that one as well! Bummer! Please do better so you don’t loose customers in the future.

FACELESS LUNA

FACELESS LUNA

I am not going to let them win. I open the door and walk out of the room. The cold winter breeze hits me as I step out. The wind is becoming more strong. I rub my hands on my opposite arms and stroke a couple of times as I head towards the stairs. I don’t know where I am headed, I just want to have a stroll. And most of all, I just hope I do not meet up with Asher impromptu.

Lost Wind

Lost Wind

She could feel the worms wriggling in her heart, the squirming of the worms made her stomach queasy. However, her attention was suddenly diverted as a gust of cold wind swept across her face, and blew her long hair. The gust of wind carried voices whispering in her ear, not the whispers of the surrounding leaves, but other whispers that she could understand. Leah looked left and right, it seemed that no one felt the gust of wind and whispers except for her. Even Mia and Grace who were standing so close to her didn't feel what she felt. The whisper called her name, she was sure. Not the sound of the wind, or the voices in her head, someone called her name

The Dark Chalices

I added. "Come on, let's just go back. It's obvious that we didn't find anything. The snow is thick enough to walk through, and it's really difficult." Marlon shook his coat off the snowflakes that had gotten him wet. We walked east and decided to turn back. Then we had to take the downhill and winding road, the most difficult and frightening terrain in Windstone. Especially in winter like this, the road was filled with piles of snow almost knee-deep. Emma and I went down first while holding on to Alden and Kingsleigh. Trying to plant our feet firmly on the ground to avoid slipping while holding on tightly.

Frequently Asked Questions

The first thing that struck me about 'Winter Stroll' was how cozy it felt, like wrapping yourself in a warm blanket with a cup of hot cocoa. Elin Hilderbrand has this knack for making Nantucket feel like a character itself—its snowy streets and holiday vibes seep into every page. The sequel to 'Winter Street,' it follows the Quinn family through more drama, love, and messy holiday reunions. What I adore is how she balances heartwarming moments with real, raw family tension—it’s not just fluff.

That said, if you’re not into family sagas or slower-paced, character-driven stories, it might not grip you. But for those who love diving into layered relationships and small-town charm, it’s a delightful escape. I found myself grinning at the quirky dialogue and tearing up at the quieter, tender scenes. It’s like revisiting old friends, flaws and all.
