She wolfed

She wolfed

haven’t even seen his eyes change. I feel the command take over me. I respond, “ I claimed her as a newborn, “Dad shakes his head. “Why wasn’t I informed? Why did you hide this from me? How could I not notice all these years? “ his gaze falls onto Mom. “ some mate you are he scoffs. You would have our daughter lie to me and hide the truth. It bothers me that you didn't share that moment with me. It’s typical of you to be so selfish. Why did I even marry you? “ He snarls at Mom, getting ready to strike her. I shift, but I don’t feel any pain. It was on instinct I jumped in front of Mom, taking the strike from Dad's hand. I’m thrown back, hitting the wall. I began to cry. My wolf was bleeding

Mated To The Rejected Omega

Mated To The Rejected Omega

"Go to the Elf Village. They hold knowledge lost to time, secrets whispered only in the ancient forests. They will guide you, if they deem you worthy." The Elf Village. “The elves?” I asked, skeptical. “Why would they help us?” “They worship a goddess called Willow. I’m sure you know her. She will have answers for you.” The old woman added, her voice dropping to a near whisper, “the path to the Elf Village is filled with danger. And the elves… they are not easily swayed. You must prove yourselves worthy of their aid.” Her words hung in the air, heavy with intold secrets. But I knew, deep down, that The old woman was right. We couldn’t just keep chasing shadows. We had to strike at the heart

The Elf King and His Bodyguard

The Elf King and His Bodyguard

***One Month Later Garlands of olive branches and daisies swept through Basharr's palace. The animated statues played music constantly. Courtiers and attendants hustled to brush gold leaf across the palms of every visitor. It was meant to show the prosperity all elves would share under Eden and Violet's reign.

The Crowned White Wolf (Book Two)

The Crowned White Wolf (Book Two)

Out of my canopy, I would walk into an open meadow with park benches and children playing ball and other games. As I sat down, I put my diaper bag on the bench, brushed off some leaves from the bench. It was so much fun watching the children play and laughing with an Elven man about my age. We are neither old nor young; I know this sounds strange, but we are not old. We are magical creatures that age slowly. The look on my face suggests I'm in my late twenties or early thirties, even though I'm fifty. Poldo is my friend, and his skin is golden with pointy ears. Pollo is tall, slender, and has broad shoulders. A long time ago, he lost his mate in a war with trolls. As I take my granddaughter

Midnight Chains: a Dark Elf's Possessive Love

Midnight Chains: a Dark Elf's Possessive Love

"Aldergon." His name felt intimate on her tongue, a small privilege she hadn't expected when she'd first approached the famously aloof High Elf for assistance with her research proposal. "Remember," he continued, gathering more volumes into a neat pile, "the Wood Elves respect directness. They have little patience for the elaborate courtesies of High Elven society." A smile tugged at his lips. "When a Wood Elf asks what you think of their mead, they actually want your honest opinion, not a diplomatic one."

E.C. EDWARDS - The Mighty Antimagic Spell

E.C. EDWARDS - The Mighty Antimagic Spell

the girl tried to contradict her, looking back because she saw someone as small as a child younger than 4. Nothing strange for a witch but to any sceptic person this would have seemed abnormal, because that child seemed to be at least a hundred years old, considering his appearance. His beard almost reached the ground, as if all the hair on his head moved there, because he was bald, and his face looked like he was made of ... stone. "He is a stone elf," clarified Miss Harmony. “Elves are just like ... like some people. Still, they are different.” “Who is that Vlad they talk about?”

Fated to My Brother in-law, The Lycan King

Fated to My Brother in-law, The Lycan King

the old man muttered under his breath, and he started, "finding her was difficult, but she's in a room and in distress. She's vary far away from here, in a completely different world where there are a variety of spells, metals, elements, and diversity." I frowned. That was really vague. How am I supposed to deduce where she is like that? "They are different, th creatures," the old man continued, "I caught sight of one of them, and they worship the darkness." That awfully sounds like the— "Dark Elfs," my wolf completed. The Dark Elfs once again. "Be careful out there and make sure you get Reine. Come back and offer yourself to me." I glanced up at the silver moon beyond the ceiling. The reali

My Werewolf King Professor and I

My Werewolf King Professor and I

His lips brushed my ear, intimate enough to sound like a lover whispering sweet words. “Oh, baby,” he murmured, in a voice only I could hear. “The elf just sent me a forum post from three months ago. The title seems to be… ‘How do I make a werewolf professor who always picks on me grovel and call me Daddy. And you were the one who posted that, wasn’t it?” At that moment, my soul left my body. That d*mned elf! As if digging up the rabbit wasn’t enough, he even had to unearth my three-month-old grave? I hate smart people!

Echoes of Moonfire

Echoes of Moonfire

His age showed in the white that streaked his emerald hair, but his posture was straight, his bearing noble. “So sorry about that,” the elder elf said, voice deep despite his size. “We’re a bit edgy about visitors. The last ones stole from our food stores and left us without healing tonics for the winter.” “No harm done,” Caelum replied, lowering his hands. “But how do you even survive out here? The hills of Trepidation aren’t exactly known for their hospitality.” The elf gave a wry smile. “Magic.” “You practice magic?” Eira asked, surprise threading through her voice.

Wolfbane

Wolfbane

“I, James Wulfric, pass the title of alpha to my son, Blake Wulfric.” Following my father, I spoke into the microphone. “I, Blake Wulfric, accept the title of alpha from my father James Wulfric.” We placed our palms together and a warm sensation spread from my father’s palm to mine. We stood that way for about a minute until the sensation passed. I could feel myself becoming tethered to the pack, with a bit of everyone’s energy settling inside me.
