The Fairies were friends with the Elves. They would choose and make contracts with adult Elves of their liking and live with them together until they died. It was only a false alarm and they thought that it was an enemy. Right behind a tree where they found the rabbit, Crystal was visibly nervous when she heard them coming. Fortunately, she saw the rabbit just in time. Using her fairy powers, she enticed the little rabbit and made it stand there. Unfortunately, though, her powers don’t work with the orcs. They are simply strong against a fairy’s power of taming. Thankfully, the orcs really loved animals and took the rabbit with care.
