Everyone knows that the only thing that makes a werewolf even close to being civil is being part of a pack. These rogues hold their humanity to them by a small tether, many of them unable to completely shift back into human form. They stink of the humanity that was leaving them. They constantly fight among each other, sometimes killing one another. The Riding Hoods don't care, they just send some acolyte to find another rogue.
