Something was happening. Kendrick shot out of his chair and shifted midway to his massive silver wolf, landing on his powerful paws. The door blew off its hinges as the wolf slammed into it with a loud roar. He growled threateningly at the sight he saw. Thousands of black witches. Flying like bats all over the sky on their brooms. Their evil cackling could be heard as they swooped down and flew back up with birdlike cries. While from beneath the ground, giant ugly trolls crawled out. Their bodies were covered with earth and grime, their yellow eyes bulging out of the sockets. They held giant clubs and roared at the wolves.

With him were two others: a man who was elegantly dressed and adorned with as much crystal as his head could carry, and another who positioned himself no better than a second-in-command. Then came the Black Witches of Cave Blood, five women who walked straight out of nightmares told to children. They were beautiful, no doubt, but their black robes had never changed, nor had their shoulder-length hairstyles differed from each other. They walked in quietly, their gazes cold and fixed on the altar that was yet to announce itself. After them came Alpha Elandor of Claw Pack and his pristine Luna, Kelly Elandor. Alpha Elandor wore nothing out of the ordinary; he didn’t take time putting on a show.

I tried to discern their origin using their physical features and their clothing. Obviously, I quickly recognized the three black witches of Africa, their skin, pearl black, clothed in colorful patterned clothes and their hair, plaited into braids and dreads, and adorned with cowries. They were the strongest of the witches, even more powerful than Madison.

The women of the coven sensed that their leader was already dead and so, they planned on carrying out her order. The moon, hidden behind dark clouds, casts an eerie shadow over the grounds, adding to the already intense atmosphere. "They're here", Phiri mutters as she rises to her feet. Even Adolphus and Roman were now looking in the direction of the gates, while Calvin was more concerned about Ivy. She was still unconscious so he couldn't care less about the presence of witches. The witches, adorned in their mystical cloaks and wielding powerful spells immediately launched their magical onslaught, taking the werewolves by surprise.

The twins nodded in sync with the witch, suggesting they understood the incantation. Claire’s body lifted into the air as the dark witch continued her chant. Moments later, the souls of the wolves began to escape from Claire’s mouth.

V) We walk out of the pack house to see the pack warriors fighting with them and having trouble dealing with them trees are burning with black fire, dead bodies on the ground, and blood spread on the ground. “There are too many dark witches for us to deal with, how are we going to deal with them all alone,” I ask Emma as we counter the spell the dark witches have thrown at us and others. “That is why we are here,” a voice said behind us, and we turned to see a woman standing in front of us wearing a black cloak.

The witches' presence was palpable. Reaching the summit, they found themselves in an eerie glen bathed in an unnatural, pulsating light. The witches, cloaked in black form fitting outfits, emerged from the darkness. Their eyes glowed with malevolence as they chanted incantations that sent shivers down their spines. The air was charged with tension as they cautiously advanced through the dense foliage, their weapons at the ready. Kollie moved with the grace of a seasoned warrior, her eyes fixed on the magical women and men ahead.

They look away immediately, not wanting to annoy their boss. I don’t even bother to talk anymore. “I am going to hang up now.” “Wait! Wait!” He yells hurriedly, and I sigh. “Look, Cleo, you are one of a thousand.” He’s trying to soothe me, changing his tone into something gentler. “I searched every crook and corner for a witch with black magic, and then I met you. Out of fifty thousand witches, Cleo. You have black magic.”
