"You need to practice defensive spells, Raven. That demon, his name is Beelzebub, and I'm almost certain he wants you dead because you're my mate." I laugh. "I suck at using magic other than my fire." "You're a witch, Raven." Lucy gives me a mysterious smile. I want to kiss his lips. "That means you're more powerful than you think. It might be hard getting into it, but once you stop thinking it's impossible to use spells, then the possibilities are endless." I sigh. "My grandmother isn't letting me join any defensive magic classes. She has made me join the potion-making ones." "So?" Lucy laughs. "Learn how to make explosive potions then."

A small light flickered by everyone's chests, signalling that they have all been subjected to the curse of the gods if there was any dishonesty done throughout the match. Amaryah could feel the tingling excitement the witches were radiating, but she knew they couldn't recklessly be found out now that there were too many elders here. She felt Seraph in her spiritual space, preparing and concentrating. She seemed excited as well. With distaste in her mouth at the current decline of duel quality at present, she called out her spirit, Seraph, in a single breath once the duel had officially begun. "Seraphim." A strong gust of wind suddenly hit the peak. It was like a storm was coming. The nobles,

Blaze stopped and emphasized the word again because Clyde and I were always fighting, there was never a day when we didn't fight. "So what we said earlier was about the duel that will take place tomorrow," Vanessa said "What duel?" I asked "Tsk. It means fighting, stupid," said Clyde "I know what duel is. I'm asking what kind of duel, jerk," I retaliated Clyde was about to speak when Drake already spoke. "ENOUGH OR ELSE--" Drake said leaving his threat in the air and I fell silent there as well as Clyde. "Duel is a battle between the two persons where they need to use their power or ability. It's like a sort of examination to test your powers. All you need to do is win against your enemy." s

I said. The Disabled Six and Phageomora stood back, “okay Master you can do this” said Phageomora “okay” I looked at the Mane Six, Sunset Shimmer & Starlight Glimmer “32,000 life points against me with a mere 4000 life points. Jack, Crow & Yusei beaten Rex Goodwin but can I do repeat of what they did there’s only one way to find out” suddenly a massive circle of purple flames surround me, the Diasbled Six, Phageomora, the Mane Six, Sunset Shimmer and Starlight Glimmer my group were scared. Bronyium watch the duel from the Mane Six break room window “you can do this father” said Bronyium “let’s duel!” I shouted.

Everyone fell silent and waited for the smoke to subside. When the smoke subsided, Claudette was lying unconscious on the floor and Zenon remained standing with a few cuts. Zenon won the duel. He got a score of 99 while Claudette scored 98. Wow, that's great! Everyone applauded loudly. So far, Zenon has the highest score. "You are so awesome, Prince Zenon!" the crowd cheered. Huh? Prince Zenon? He is a prince? Eh, I don't know that. "The last duel for today will be Princess Alesia Gregory versus Luna Syesha McCleen!" Headmaster Gray announced, and my eyes widened. Alesia is my opponent?!

The room felt even smaller now with four Alpha sized wolves, Dwight somewhere between life and death. ‘I challenge you to a duel!’ My heart sank a little, and I could feel the tension in the room rising fast but yet I kept my aura steady if not he may sense my hesitance. ‘I agree.’ I said. ‘And if I lose this duel?’ ‘Oh, then my wish is your command!’ Griffin said, something dark in his eyes now. ‘But if you win this duel?’ He asked. ‘Then you hand Tristan over to us… unscathed!’ I gave my own terms.

I finished getting ready, and we both made our way to the arena where the supposed duel was to take place. I spotted Daniel at a corner getting ready. My eyes scanned the crowd of people that were present there, but I couldn't find Winter. The duel was officiated to start, and I took my place on the platform, and so did Daniel. "You know exactly what's at stake, don't you?" Daniel blurted out with a smirk etched on his face. My wolf growled in anger as I felt myself getting agitated and ready to pounce on him. The bloody bastard!

I snarled, keeping my gaze trained on Gustav. “The duel must begin,” Dad announced from across the field, his tone bit, low and irritable. “Fight in the old way. No weapons allowed. Shift if you must. Let this be known that this duel is not one that challenges for the Alpha title, it is a simple one of servitude. Winner claims dominion. Loser forfeits or dies.” Raina wrestled in Theo’s hold even more, twisting and turning, still hell-bent on stopping the match. Her struggle was all the Worgen needed to spring into action.

She too was holding a blue chip. “Oh my, does this mean we will be teammates?” Nellie happily asked. I “Okay everyone, now find your pairs. When you find your pairs choose a glass barrier and you may begin your duel. The duel will end when the opponent falls to the floor.” The professor proudly proclaimed. “What?” I verbally voiced out. I casted a glance at Antonella but she too was in appalled by what she have heard. “Now, everyone, move your feet time is running, the person who will win will get the higher merit of course. Good luck wizlings, I will be here observing the battle.”

“So, will you duel me? Or will you run away like a coward? Like every other time before?” I could feel Aaron’s anger as I shook my head hoping he would be rational about this. “Yeah, I’ll duel you! And I’ll kick your ass for everything you have done!” No! Please don’t do this! Please listen to me! “Perfect. The rules are no specialty magic to be used. Everything else is fair.” Monica said as Aaron nodded. She turned to the other Mages. “Watch what happens when you go up against a real Mage.” I could feel Aaron get even more pissed off at her snarky comment. “You can go first.”
