Supernatural Academy Series

Supernatural Academy Series

"Everyone knows there were no wolves in Egypt, they were jackals." "Untrue." The professor frowned at the boy who had the outburst. "It's believed there were Ethiopian wolves and even human scientist speculate that what the Egyptians thought of as jackals were actually golden, short-haired wolves, were actually closer related in their DNA to modern day wolves than jackals." Melanie waves her hand and the professor gives her a nod. "Just because the Egyptians didn't have or understand DNA doesn't mean the werewolf myths aren't true." "Very good, Ms. Blackwood." He writes Egypt on the board above Gilgamesh. "What can you tell me of that connection of werewolves in ancient times?"

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

Z saw in the hologram how horrifying the wolves were, how a few drops of their saliva sizzled to a Wielder’s skin, and how Henmulga couldn’t defeat it, as she’d been reduced to running away. In the final slide, the wolf’s prominent feature had been shown again. Unlike the normal ones, it has a furry body that’s inflamed with blue energy, dancing gracefully from its feet, all the way to its wide-set toxic eyes. The class then ended with Ms. Marietta's note that even a wolf's bark was fatal, for it alone could render the Wielder immobile. Z had been awoken when her head banged against the table. She shook her head, trying to fight drowsiness; however, the more she resisted, the more the whispe

The world building is well-crafted and just by the narration na hindi gumagamit ng deep english words, it really brings the reader in the world of the mc. Prologue pa lang, one can tell the mc is someone strong-headed and even though she lost her memories, that characteristic didn't change.

honestly, I'm not a fan of fantasy but Z's character is just damn! I'm imagining her like a goddess. Also, I'm very amaze on how the story is being written. Can I have your intelligence? You're too great, I swear! Reading this story is a must! Looking for someone named George now HAHAHA

The Great Wolf

The Great Wolf

The beasts’ appetites grow. “Tyler, this is nonsense. So some colonizers got attacked by wolves and went a little crazy with their old stories. This proves nothing.” “You know it’s more than that,” he hissed. “You read the part where he said the wolf changed into a man before his eyes.” He pulled out two more journals. “I have more. One from Maxwell, mentioned in that journal, and one from a generation after. Just read them.” Amerie didn’t reach for the journals. She stared at Tyler, being careful to keep her expression distorted in confusion and wariness to hide her alarm.

Wolf of Stone

Wolf of Stone

Belvis who turned her head in our direction, a lifeless and dull look in her eyes. Pack link huh? I've read about that before. Once a wolf forms a pack, there's this special link that binds those pack members together. It stays like this for a lifetime unless the leader or his/her descendant decides to cut the wolf out of the pack. I couldn't help but ask, "can you sense a wolf in her?" Axil shook his head, "she appears human." I hummed and continued staring at Mrs. Belvis, who simply watched us as if Liza didn't just call out her name. There was this strange look in her eyes... like she was looking but at the same time she couldn't see what she was looking at.

A Werewolf's Print

A Werewolf's Print

Growl! The first one slowly revealed itself from the dark shade of the trees to the gleam of the moonlight, showing his vicious head first. The wolf has red eyes, bigger than the first one Zane saw before. It is showing its sharp teeth as it continued to make a guttural sound, eyes locked on its target – the human. Zeev and Tyr abruptly motioned their bodies to the first newborn. From the looks of it, it must be a human alpha because of its size. It’s of grey and tinge of brown colored coat.

Guardians of the Hex

said Katleho with a relieved sigh in her voice. “She’s been here for five minutes.” said Mika speaking in my defense. “Mika said you found something?” I replied. Katleho handed me the paper she was holding. It was a drawing of a dog like human. The face was of a dog,a wolf. The body was covered in Grey looking fur,the feet were similar to those of a human, however the toes were similar to those of a dog, the entire feet were covered in grey fur. It looked disgusting. “is this the werewolf the principal saw?” I asked.

Rejected and forsaken

Rejected and forsaken

Perhaps all that it contained was true. I walked in and took the old book which was now dusty. I brushed the dust away before carrying it to the table. I opened the crisp pages with care, which were now old and yellow. It sure seemed like an old book. The first page contained an old drawing of a wolf-like creature that looked exactly like David’s wolf. So I was right. David is a lycan.

The Dire Girl

The Dire Girl

Near the bottom of the third notebook, almost hidden between copied folklore fragments and local sightings, I found a page Jenny had marked with a star and underlined twice. At the top she had written: | PROBABLY BULLSHIT — but keeps recurring? | Below that were notes from older texts, most of them secondhand and half paraphrased. Women whose presence caused wolves to “lose order.” Accounts of females “wrong to instinct,” difficult to categorise, provoking fixation, violence, protectiveness, or reverence depending on the witness. Stories of scents that “disrupted pack sense.” Most sources dismissed as fertility cult nonsense, corrupted goddess imagery, or erotic embellishment.
