I slowly started the car again to continue my journey, but I came to an abrupt stop once more when a huge animal jumped onto the hood of the car. "AHHHHHH!" I screamed, seeing that enormous black wolf staring at me and licking its lips. I honked the horn to make it go away, but nothing made it leave. It was a huge wolf. The wolf jumped off the hood of the car, circling around it, never taking its eyes off me. With trembling hands, I took out my phone and dialed my dad's number, but, great, there was no signal. I slammed the gas pedal and sped away, getting as far away as I could from that wolf.

She put both of the objects in the center of the table. The page had an illustration of a wolf tooth on it, with text all around. Immediately, I could see two words that stuck out to me: Golden Wolf. And now that my own wolf tooth was laying next to the illustration, they looked eerily similar.

Silence fell. Something shifted inside. I leaned forward, my vision tunneling, my heart hammering. A small, trembling body. Fur, white as snow. A wolf pup. Its eyes blinked up at me—icy, unblinking, too knowing for something so small. A ribbon around its neck held a slip of paper. With shaking hands, I read the jagged Cyrillic: “She belongs to the wolves now.” The pup whimpered, pressing into the corner as if it would jump at me. My knees buckled. My chest caved. The world spun.

“You need to see this.” Curious, I crossed the room and knelt beside her. She held up a tattered scroll. Its edges were brittle with age. The writing was faded but legible and its angular script was unfamiliar yet strangely familiar to me. “What is it?” I asked, taking the scroll carefully in my hands. Rachel pointed to a passage near the bottom. “It’s a record of an ancient pact between witches and rogue wolves,” she explained. “It mentions a Wolf-mother—an original one—who brokered a deal with them centuries ago.”

Joe and Kael examined the parchments one by one while she quickly checked the pages of the book. Joe murmured, "Um... what exactly does it look like? What are we looking for?" Kael, being able to read the ancient language, was scanning quickly with his eyes. Elly turned to Joe and began to describe it. "The word for wolf is Börü, and poison in the ancient language was Agı. So it might say Börü Agı. Or it could be an image of a shadow wolf. I don't know exactly." She turned back to the book.

Edwin notices a book in one of the corner and it was so hidden and he was so curious to know what he it carried. He slowly goes to the corner and grabs it, it was tied with a leather rope and this meant that it was so special. He opened it slowly and cleaned the dust out of it. It was an ancient book that contains diagrams and illustrations about the wolf community and special skills they owned and how to attain them. It seems to be a very exciting book since for a wolf member to realise his special ability you was to use this special guide book that was written by their ancestors. It was a very special book end it was used mostly during practices bye the wolf community only.
