Novelas y relatos de Wolf Ranking System

No room for mistakes. Outside, claws scraped the porch. Slow. Testing. A shadow filled the threshold. Breath steamed in the cold. Jake lifted the YK8, breath steadying on its own. Remember the rhythm. Exhale. Don’t snatch. The first wolf edged into the funnel—broad, scar-flecked chest, muzzle low. “On my mark,” Jake whispered. The wolf stepped. Another shouldered in behind it. “Mark.”

Word had spread quickly through the pack, and by dawn, twenty-three wolves had presented themselves as candidates. By noon, I'd narrowed it down to five finalists based on their service records, combat skills, and loyalty assessments. Now came the real test. The five men stood before me in a line, each one representing different strengths and backgrounds within the pack. There was Bjorn, a massive warrior with shoulders like an ox and a reputation for never backing down from a fight. Beside him stood Halvard, leaner but quick, known for his strategic mind. Then came Vidar, the eldest of the group at thirty-five. Next was Einar, younger than the others but fierce, with eyes that burned with a

“So, um… how does this pack even work? I mean, beyond the Alpha and Beta stuff. I only know what little Zeke bothered explaining.” I glance back to the Alpha in question who just shrugs and looks between the both of us, smiling like he's really only happy to be here. Roman leans back against his chair, a hum of thought in his throat. “We’re a hierarchy, yes, but not a dictatorship. Every wolf has a role. Hunters, scouts, healers, enforcers… loyalty is our spine and discipline our ribs.” It's a boring discourse, but it's the only thing I can think of to discuss with him. Baby steps, I guess.

What Mara Fenn gave me was the flesh. "Most people understand wolf pack hierarchy as a matter of dominance," she said. "The strongest leads. The ranking below them follows. It's biological, it's consistent, and it has operated more or less the same way for as long as pack records exist." She wrapped both hands around her tea cup. "The Ashfords were the anomaly that the entire system was built to contain." She described the gift the way a scientist describes a phenomenon — without sentiment, with precision, in terms that were designed to be accurate rather than dramatic.

“Do you know the punishment for unworthiness?” “No dessert after dinner?” I ventured. The stars blazed so brightly in indignation that my eyes were haloed. “You’ll be thrown to the wolves in the Empire of the Jungles with your Charms. And do you know what they’ll do to an unworthy Wolve Winner?” My breath became ragged, and I felt dizzy. How could I forget the Hunt? “Yep, I can imagine.” “I highly doubt that you can.” The blood face broke into a horrifying grin. “In the beasts’ backwards culture, a Wolve Winner is responsible for their Alpha’s actions. Didn’t you allow your Alpha to steal another beast away from the Training Center…?”

Simon gave another small nod," please don't tell Dietrich and Vance about this... they'll never let me live down getting beat up by a vampire." "Don't tell the Betas?" Gerwulf scoffed and finally stood back up to full height," Simon she'll be lucky if I let her live on these lands again. Attacking the high bloodlines is considered treason in most packs. As is silvering a wolf without an Alpha command." Waves of disappointment flowed off him and crashed into me. A shiver overcame me before I could suppress it and Gerwulf's eye shot over to me," sorry mate."

Thank you :) So, Werewolves in this story reside in packs, like normal wolves, but they live in modern houses, and do things that other people do. But here they have rankings, similar to a pack. Alpha, is the head of the pack. The highest werewolf. Beta is the second in command, almost as powerful as the Alpha, but the Alpha is obviously superior. Then comes gamma, the third in command, and then delta, fourth in command.

the beta says, looking at the two boys who are looking at me like I grew another head. "Remember when we said there's two grey wolves and one white one?" alpha Aiden asks. "Yes, alpha," River answer him, he's much bigger, he's almost the size of an adult wolf while I stayed my small self. "White wolves are special wolves, only six of them exist, do you know why they are super important to the pack?" alpha Rowan explains. "They are omegas? Well, what's left of them," River says, and the beta nods proudly, he must have explained that to them during the classes.

Clearly, she gave in to his desperation for affection. “In packs, there is a strict hierarchy. The alpha, as I am sure you know, are the leaders. They have some traits that are inherited that classify them as alpha or not. So, like if a wolf is born with these traits then they have the ability to form a pack and usually, they are the genetic kin of the alpha. Next is beta, there are the most betas they are like 80% of our population. Some who have alpha traits choose to stay as a beta because it's less of a hassle. I kind of admire those guys, the fact that they pass up on inherited power is like the perfect trait for a leader.”

She could easily guess he was an omega in his pack. He roared with bloodshot eyes as she laughed at him. Jackson had run Into a corner as the wolf in front of him was bigger and looked stronger than his. Their colleague was frightened to death and was about to dial the police through the phone on the counter. Lucia gave Jackson a sign and he immediately hit a large frying pan on the girl's head. She fell to the floor. The wolf roared again while he gathered his strength. Without warning, he launched at Lucia, biting hard on her shoulder.
