Woman Is Cured Mga Nobela at Kwento

She thrashed and snarled, but she could not break free. Clara's weak voice came from behind me. "Please... do not kill her. Please." I did not turn around. "There is no cure for this virus, Clara. You know that. If I let her go, she will keep attacking. She will infect others. There is no saving her." Clara coughed, and I heard the pain in her voice. "She was... she was my friend. Please. Just... do not kill her." I looked at the infected woman's face.

The future was too changeable to be predicted perfectly. "A Luna that will give life," The woman held Elizabeth's gaze. "A Luna that will know how to lengthen it." She patted the bandage Elizabeth had wrapped around her wound. "And a Luna that will end it." "That is," Elizabeth cleared her throat. "Some belief, hey." The woman patted Elizabeth on the hand, "It will be some Luna." The woman left without saying anything else, and Elizabeth watched her last patient leave, the young woman exhausted from the day.

I stopped beside them and glanced down at the screen. The video was still playing. And there she was. Zaria was standing in what looked like a small treatment room, wearing a simple white coat. Her hair was tied back loosely, and she was smiling while speaking to a middle-aged patient sitting in front of her. The man looked stunned and relieved. Then suddenly he stood and hugged her tightly. The room around them erupted in applause. Someone behind the camera cheered. “Doctor Healer does it again!” Immediately, another video followed. This one showed a woman walking into the clinic holding her head in pain. A few minutes later she was laughing and thanking Zaria while wiping tears from her fa

He shouted, bouncing from foot to foot like an addict on the scent of a fresh hit. What the hell had he just said? “H-Hold up a moment, you're saying the redhead was able to cure Winters with her wolfless blood?” Ronan stuttered, sounding just as stumped as I felt. The doctor ambled even closer, pausing with his feet scissored on the dias steps, his white coat flapping about in the wind. “But of course! What better to cure a deformed wolf than a woman whose blood never has been infected by The Darkness? It licked the poison right up!” Strauss exclaimed, flashing small boxy teeth at me as my face soured until it could have been scooped like spoilt milk.

All of the shops were open with green lines painted in front of their doors. One shop in-particularly caught my eye, it was a small apothecary and the sign in the window said ‘Deformity cures sold here’. I approached the small shack crossing the green line painted on the floor to find 1,000s of small vials filling the shelves and a decrepit old woman behind the counter. She wore a dress that resembled a potato sack and her hair was a messy grey. I approached her speaking “I’m sorry for intruding ma’am, but what’s a deformity cure? How does it work?” “If you aren’t a witch dabbling in corrupted magic then it doesn’t apply to you.” She bluntly spoke not even looking up at me.

“Nevermind. There’s so much to do. We need to allocate beds and a bigger space. Maybe the ballroom could— “ “Don’t bother," Alex cut in, grinning. “They’ve been cured.” “Don’t talk shit, Alex," She hissed. “The plague is not a joke.” “I’m serious.” Alex grabbed her shoulders and spun her to face the hall. “Look. They’re all recovering. Hunter’s wife saved us.” “Tha—" Lucinda shook her head with a strange expression. “That impossible.” “Her blood is the cure," Alex explained, then turned back to me, pressing. “Is the confinement broken? Should I retrieve her from your chambers?”

The assisting doctor in the room gave the ones outside a thumbs up, she too, looking surprised. "She did it!" One of them gasped with relief. "By the moon, she did heal him!" The man's vitals looked way better than they were before the surgery. He was going to be fine! "How did she do that!?" One of them shook her head. In their whole years, they'd never seen anyone successfully carry out this surgery. How could the woman before them be capable of this? Marta was as pale as a ghost. She wished for the ground to open and swallow her whole.

The room fell silent. None of them spoke for a long moment. A stillness descended, thick and heavy. I watched their faces shift—from desperation to guilt, to something that looked like shame. The older woman stepped forward. “Then let us protect you. You’ll only help when you’re strong enough. One person at a time. But you’re the only one who can do this, Mauve. The others tried to fix it with herbs, with bloodletting, with old prayers. But you—people watched you heal a cursed wolf with nothing but your hands.” They said,

Alpha Caspian smiled sadly at the woman and took her hand softly this time, “thank you very much, the whole of our pack is grateful and we will reward you handsomely. He turned to leave the room with his beta on his heels, but the woman wasn’t through yet, what she said next stopped him in his tracks at once. “She called for you all through the week… just your name, nothing else. She will live because I have cast away the invisibility spell and also done some powerful treatment to keep her breathing” the woman sighed and took in some air before she continued.

★Flash back★ The woman was fair and delicate, judging from her face, one could tell that she couldn't hurt a fly, there was a contented smile on her face, she had just finished healing a man that had been hovering on death's door, many physicians had tried and failed to save him, they all concluded he was going to die but she had saved him. " Wow! Mother is super amazing, there's no one that mother cannot cure" Erada said in awe, she was seven, still so young and innocent and the smile on her face was as pure as the stars in the sky. The woman shakes her head slowly " You have it all wrong little angel, the man was saved only because he wanted to be saved, if he hadn't fought for his life, I
