Hi guys, Just a quick one. I just want to tell you guys how grateful I am for your support in reading this masterpiece of my imagination. Well... It was just a cheeky imagination and here we are at the end of the day. I'm writing to let you guys know that I might unfortunately have to change my narrative techniques for the next few chapters. Since I'm finding it very difficult to express certain things from my point of view, I guess the first-person point of view would be better for these few chapters. Dear Readers, As I sit down to write these words, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. This book — my very first — is more than just a story. It is a piece of my soul, carved out over years of unexpected challenges, personal storms, and quiet triumphs. There were moments when life felt too heavy, when writing seemed impossible, and yet, somehow, I kept returning to these pages.

Nicole looked at the clock in the room and said, “I’m kind of in a hurry so I’ll make my story brief and comprehensive. After breaking your heart, I owe you an explanation my darling Muhammad.” Muhammad tried switching on the radio on his belt, in hope that anyone on the other end could listen to the conversation if the signal was restored. And a black ink pen, the same one I used to sign important organization documents. I sat at the desk, my heart beating in a strange way. There was no plan. No pre-conceived structure. No intention beyond seeing what would happen if I simply… started. I wrote a name at the top of the first page. Not my name. A name I invented in two seconds, one that sounded like it could belong to someone I had never met but carried familiar echoes. Then I wrote the first sentence that came to mind: “She learned to count the cracks in the ceiling before she learned to count her own broken bones.”

Elara said. "After I describe what the difficulty meant. Before you speak to each other." He paused. "The passage is the bridge. From what I say about you to what you say to each other." "That's it," she said. "I know it's it." He opened the folder. "Ready." "Yes," we both said. He read it. He'd written it in the first person of a witness. Not the formal language of ceremony. Not poetry. Just clear honest prose, the way Daniel spoke when something mattered.

“Sometimes writing becomes the room that listens when no one else does.” Her understanding was so gentle it almost hurt. My eyes stung and I looked away from the screen, pretending to shift my mic. She continued, “What were you feeling when you wrote that first scene? The one everyone keeps quoting?”

The first sentence took ten minutes. The second took twenty. By midnight, Jessica had written three paragraphs and crossed out half of them. She stared at the application form in frustration. Apparently writing about yourself was far more difficult than writing about anything else. The kitchen table had disappeared beneath scraps of paper, coffee cups, and crumpled notes. Jessica rubbed her eyes. Then read the sentence again. And hated it. Immediately. "Terrible." She crossed it out. Started again. Still terrible.

*First Person's Perspective*- ~Alpha Lucas~ I sat hunched over the desk, my hands trembling slightly as I flipped through the pages of paperwork, trying to make sense of the numbers and the mess in front of me. It was past midnight, and the only light in the room came from a dim lamp on my desk. I couldn’t bring myself to sleep. There was too much at stake. Too much pressure. The weight of everything pressing down on me, making it hard to breathe.

Dear Readers, I wanted to take a moment to address a change that you may notice in the new chapters of my book. After much consideration, I have made the decision to switch the point of view from first person to third person. While the original version was written in a more personal and intimate style, I realized that third person would better serve the story and allow readers to see a wider perspective of the characters and their experiences. This change will allow me to delve deeper into the characters, and I believe it will make the book more interesting.
