Writing In Present Tense

At graduation, I invited my classmates to attend my engagement party, but what I didn’t expect was the total meltdown one of my classmates had when she saw my engagement photos. She strutted over, full of herself, and demanded that I take off my dress so she could use it to polish her shoes. I blinked in confusion, thinking she must have lost her mind. I laughed and suggested she head over to the campus clinic to get checked out. Instead, she exploded, pointing a finger right in my face as she started yelling. “You leech! How dare you wear something so expensive?” she screamed. “You’ve been spending all of my boyfriend’s money on your filthy clothes! Have you no shame? Get down on your knees and apologize, or I guarantee you'll regret it. Who knows where you'll end up tomorrow? Maybe in the hands of some trafficker?” I couldn’t help but laugh. Who would’ve thought that my fiancé, whose tuition fees I paid for, had the nerve to keep a secret mistress behind my back?

"I want to do things to you. Things only a man can do to a woman." he breathed on her neck. "I want to touch you in places that will make your toes curl. I want to have your body pinned under me in my bed. I want to pleasure you until the only thing you can think of is my name. I want to rake my hands all over your naked body and have you beg me for more. I want to hear you chant my name like a spell Allison. That is what I want to do to you." He finally pulled away and looked at her face. He smiled at her flushed and dumbstruck expression. Her lips parted like she is going to say something but no word left her lips. She opened her mouth again and closed it. "Breath." he said to her "Wh...you ... how...I". Taksil man kung tawagin, ngunit hindi mapigilan  ni Cielo and damdaming sumisibol para kay Warren. Nalaman din ni Cielo na may pagtingin din si Warren sa kan'ya ngunit nagtatalo ang puso’t isip niya sa kung anong susundin. Lalabag ba siya upang sundin ang puso? O susundin ang dinidikta ng isip na tumupad sa kasunduan upang tumanaw ng utang na loob?

We're going to be parents!" he exclaimed. But his happiness was short-lived, as Adeline's next words shattered his dreams. "I'm going to abort this child," Adeline declared. Sebastian's world crumbled around him, his heart shattering into a million pieces. "But before I do, I wanted to tell you," Adeline continued. "That's why I'm here—to end this chapter of our lives and move on." Adeline's voice dripped with finality. "Everything between us ends with this child," she declared.
