Wuxiaworld Super Gene Novels & Stories

About six months into the apocalypse, both my mom and I had discovered some serious powers. Mine? I could hear my dad's thoughts—yes, only his. In an apocalyptic world where survival hinged on brute strength, this ability was as useful as a screen door on a submarine. The only upside was that I became his personal translator. But my mom? She struck gold. She developed super strength—and not just the run-of-the-mill kind. Her entire body mutated. She went through a second growth spurt, and now she was almost seven feet tall—tall and built like a tank.

"Why come to us now? Why betray your own kind after building such a monster?" Aris looked past me toward Leo and Liam, who were standing near the edge of the water. Their violet eyes reflected the dying, eerie light of the bioluminescent fungi growing on the ruins. "Because I saw the raw data from the disaster in the North. You think Malakai was the only one experimenting on the forbidden? Aegis has been trying to synthesize the Silver Gene for decades in secret labs. They didnt want to manage your kind. They wanted to steal your evolution. They wanted to be you. But the gene... it isnt just DNA. It is a bridge between worlds. And they are about to burn that bridge while everyone is still s

I waved my hands around. The Assassin glared his eyes at the sperm-donor/warlock and narrowed his gaze again. "A terrible breeding line is what it is. Somewhere along the way, his ancestors were mating with humans, not of their mates, and got them deliberately pregnant. Supernatural genetic powers won't appear on the outside but hide deep within the genetic code. It has only been discovered recently by the whisperings of Bergarian that with great power they can summon these powers to the surface by dark magic." The sperm donor twitched, the vein on his forehead filling with blood.

I squeeze in. "But she still has her Father's blood. And he is an Alpha Werewolf, one of the strongest at that. You know their genes are strong and will find a way to manifest in the next generation." "So? What's so wrong with that? Besides, my genes are ten times stronger. It's not like I care anyway." I replied. "But the council might…"

The undeniable evidence that she wasn't entirely natural. "No. This is fake. You fabricated this to—" "To what? Manipulate you? I don't need to. The truth is enough." Chen stepped closer. "You are my Phoenix, Chaewon. The first successful hybrid of human and enhanced genetics. And you've proven my theories correct. You've thrived. Built a family. Created meaning from chaos. You're proof that genetic enhancement doesn't destroy humanity—it elevates it." "It also creates weapons. Killers. Monsters."

They could start building enhanced super-soldiers—and that alone would be enough to tip the scales and reshape the world order. On top of that, Ewan might've already begun mass-producing the GeneX Pill. Then again, there had been no results yet—nothing confirmed. If the pills failed to trigger mutations or grant powers, churning them out in bulk would be a catastrophic waste. The resources needed to create the GeneX Pill were rare—far beyond the reach of standard materials.

Zhu Wushang looks at Aurelia and knows what she’s thinking so he decides to come clean. “This is another reason why I try to tell you to cultivate and get stronger but you didn’t listen. The method I’ll use to help you is that I’ll use my power to amplify your soul strength, enough for you to find a 100% accurate world. The downside of this method is that if your soul is stronger than your body, your soul will break your body out and you will die. I could create a body to withstand that power but you will not be able to call yourself human anymore.” Explained Zhu Wushang.

Lost in surprise, I hardly noticed Horace come through the kitchen doors, pushing a large metal serving cart full of steaming plates of food. Only Alphas could reproduce with someone other than their mate, since they were required to have children that could take on the duties of the pack. Hundreds of years of history and research proved that an Alpha’s genetics were simply too strong to be affected by the rogue gene. According to scientists like the ones Sylvia employs, the rogue gene had various levels of severity. The worst was what the warriors protected us from, the beasts no longer able to take form of a man, frothing at the mouth as they werewolf and human alike. A mild case might loo

"Do you know how we do it in Country A? To cultivate our fighters, we simply inject them with genetic drugs. If we succeed, they become our fighters. If we fail, we'll dump them into the bin. Cultivating a martial artist like you requires decades, But the genetically engineered elites? I only need about ten days. Just that alone; how are you going to fight against us?" Linus' disdain was obvious. He looked down on the Xaviers of Wolsing, especially the primitive techniques used in Country H. In his understanding, Country A's genetic technology was invincible.

He sat up straighter, the gleam in his eyes showing that he'd taken more interest in me. "They're a pretty powerful set of shifters, rumors have it that they were direct descendants from the First…but they're more of a myth, no one's seen or heard from them so how do I know what you say is true?" "It is…because I've experienced it." I steepled my hands in front of me, drawing up the strength to talk about this from within. "I never knew my brother…half brother but he knew about me. My real parents were Ancients but for him, only my mother was an Ancient who mated with a regular wolf. He wants to create a super army with my genes that only he can create which is why he wants me. I've seen him
