Whatever made you decide to pick it up, I hope the writing has now since convinced you to stay a while. A little background before we really kick things off, this book is made from the story of Aaron and Xavier, Aaron being an OC I made for a roleplay back in like 2016 when I was around 13-14. Xavier being one of my closest, longest and best online friend Alex's OC from that same roleplay. It used to be a whole little group of us roleplaying Nightshade Pack on I*******m! Our group account might even still be up somewhere where we used to post our OCs and the application for new members to the roleplay lols!!

I muttered, and Xalen kind of melted. “Of course he melted. It’s the first time you are calling him Xay after you-know-what,” Liya chimed into my mind. “Plus, he is smitten, remember?” I tried not to blush as my wolf sent images of silly faces into my mind. I didn’t even want to begin to wonder if the love Xalen claimed he felt was a result of the mate bond or if he loved me for me. Xalen groaned before I could get lost in my thoughts. “Fine, I will read the damn paper, but you have to promise me that you will stay with me regardless of what I read out.”

"Are you hideously disfigured? Insecure? Are you an infamous criminal? In the mafia?!" Xav froze for a second, then a low, quiet rumble of laughter escaped his chest. He took two steps closer to the couch, reached down, and gently pinched both of my cheeks, shaking them back and forth just enough to make me wince. "You read way too much fiction, Marissa," Xav murmured, a distinct trace of amusement lacing his deep voice as he let go of my face. "I am not a mob boss, nor am I on the run from the law."

It's been long since I felt such heat burning in me, the last time Xavier fucked me, I didn't feel it. You know what, I think Vanessa was right when she said Xender looks more romantic. The workers were members of X-habit, a crime conglomerate whose activities were no lesser than running guns, doing drugs and the like. The Big Four: Steven Chase, Baron Sage, Iphan Carter and Kane Richmond bossed over the conglomerate, with Steven as the head, more of a Godfather.
