Return of the Luna Queen

Return of the Luna Queen

A story which had opened far more questions that it hoped to answer. “If this is the case, and Tenebris was really vanquished when Tamara passed away. Then why now am I dreaming of his resurrection?” This was the one part of the story that did not add up for me. “I only know of the legend. Tamara came from old druid magic. A dark blood magic. Unlike my own earth magic. Blood magic comes at a price and often comes with strings attached. There are often conditions that not even the caster will know about until it is all too late. I would assume that Tenebris found a loophole, a way to escape being vanquished.”

I love this story but I wanted her to return to Alexander. It's too heartbreaking. No offense about Landon but I don't see why she needs another mate. I doubt Alexander got a second chance mate after she left.

Sacrificed To Her King

Sacrificed To Her King

I have taught you weather magic but there is one aspect we still have to practice. I wait patiently for her to continue, ''I am talking about light magic. Which can be extremely helpful with demons and darkness in general. However only magicians who have more light than darkness in their hearts can master it. With summoning a storm, you have to think about things that make you angry but light magic is the exact opposite. You need to think about good memories things that make you happy.''

A Surrogate For The Alpha: His Substitute Bride

A Surrogate For The Alpha: His Substitute Bride

If anyone knew the answer, it would be her. She took a deep breath before speaking, her voice low and serious. “Yes,” she said slowly. “It is possible. That kind of magic is real… but it is dark magic. Forbidden magic. Magic that twists the heart and soul. It’s dangerous and evil. It keeps the body young, yes. But it corrupts the mind. It takes away every piece of your humanity left in the person.” I felt my hands curl into fists at my sides. My jaw hardened, and I clenched my fists tightly. Anger filled me. Pure, burning anger.

THE STING OF THE VAMPIRE'S BITE

THE STING OF THE VAMPIRE'S BITE

I want to know why—why after all these years, after everything, I am still bound to you? Damien raked his hand through his thick, unruly hair, looking like he wanted to tear at it. His silence was deafening, the pause stretching out so long I thought he wasn’t going to answer me at all. But then, finally, he spoke, his voice low, almost as if he was talking more to himself than to me. “I think… it happened because of the dark magic that was sent toward you.” I blinked, confusion mixing with the simmering anger inside me. Dark magic? What was he talking about?

Somehow he's already read a fifth into the inch-thick book. "Dark Magic is a category of magic involved in what most individuals would observe as questionable. This indicates magic that can include mind manipulation, reading hearts, alchemical metamorphosis, and vortex transgress. However, Dark Magic is not by nature evil, and only by the appearance it gives does it have this name. Mind manipulation is utilized in certain majestic psychotherapy. Alchemical metamorphosis is utilized in acquiring rare earth metals such as cobalt, gold, iridium, and holmium. It is only the connotation that causes this magic to appear questionable."

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

Leticia looks a little annoyed as she explains, clearly unhappy with ‘The Dark’ moniker. “When you say dark magic, you’re talking about what Amari calls ‘mysticism’?” I ask, making sure I understand. Leticia rolls her eyes again, “Yeah. I suppose it is.” “So, in the past couple of weeks, I've started to understand my abilities better. Are yours the same as mine?”

I am SO glad that I read this story/book!!! It was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish!! Such a great storyline & plot, and especially characters!! SO sad that some important characters died at the end, but I know it wasn’t Kas’s fault!! I felt “every” emotion known to man while reading it!!!

Just finished “Forever in the past and forever in the future” for the second time. Loved it as much as the first time! Kas/Lex & Bronx/Saint are great, their dynamics are wonderful. The supporting characters are amazing and a great compliment to the mains. So excited to continue on with the sequel.

Magic by Moonlight

Magic by Moonlight

There was a tall white candle and two polished obsidian stones. "So what kind of magic is this?" Cassius asked observing over my shoulder. "It is called scrying," she said matter-of-factly. Selene stepped between Ares and Magnus to light a piece of kindle in the fireplace. She then walked her flame to the candle and lit the wick before shaking the tinder out. "What does it do?" Kole asked curiously. Every one of us was fascinated by the witch's current actions. "If I do it right, then I should be able to see where Damion is located," she said as she settled herself in my chair directly in front of the candle flame.

Our Little Secret: In Love With My Professor

Our Little Secret: In Love With My Professor

“To break a bond, I need the root of the silver bark tree, crushed and boiled. I need soil from the grave of a marked omega. Hair from the bonded mate. And the blood of the one who seeks the severance.” She smiled then, a sharp crescent moon grin that held no warmth. “Good. But you forgot the most important part.” I stiffened. “Magic,” she said, low and slow. “Dark magic. White magic is gentle but this bond is brutal. It needs strong dark magic.” The room fell even quieter. Even the fire seemed to hold its breath. “You won’t break anything without the ancient rites,” Bibi Kamwe continued, moving to the small wooden shelf at the back. She opened a small drawer and pulled out a black velvet po

My Next Life As A Wicked Dame (ENGLISH)

My Next Life As A Wicked Dame (ENGLISH)

Dang… Even if I'm just a little short, I'm sure my body will split there. “Dark Magic, traditionally refers to the use of supernatural powers or magic for evil and selfish purposes; or magic associated with the devil or other evil spirits. Also sometimes referred to as the 'left-hand path', its right-hand path counterpart is benevolent white magic. Do you know that?" a calm voice echoed in the night. My eyes widened in confusion as I looked at the heretic. I cannot explain, but his face and tone sounds like he was pitying me. "Such a poor soul..." he said in a mellow voice.

Alpha Atlas

Alpha Atlas

It cared not if it were Fae or werewolf, enemy or ally. The closer the darkness came, the more I could see these murky threads woven together in an intricate pattern. Weaved and looped like a close knit spiderweb, the threads of magic were a murky shade of purple. A jolt of surprise stole my breath when I realized Tamara was using spirit magic to create the darkness. "How can she do that--with the darkness? It's spirit magic, but I didn't know spirit could do that..."

I normally don't write comments but I need to tell you that I wait everyday for more chapters. your writing makes me feel like I'm the one experiencing this first hand and I'm always begging for more. so beautifully written and I love every minute of it. if I could I'd give this book a million stars

This book was slow at first and filled with a lot of pain, but I find myself being a sucker for the wounded girl who becomes a strong, badass fighter. While I'm still clamoring for more of the raw, love/hate relationship in this book, I am enjoying the determination of the strong female protagonist.
