Yokai Spider Novels & Stories

“Though I guess one would be enough to cover you completely.” I smile. His joke doesn’t explain why I dreamed about spiders while he was busy killing this mother of all spiders, though. “Is that what you call this thing?” I ask. “A shelob?” I remember the word as the name of a giant spider in the book Lord of the Rings. It’s another example of how nightmare creatures from There have appeared in stories in our world. Kai nods. “Yes. They are very dangerous. They shoot jets of acid-like liquid from their mouth, and have a poisonous stinger used to paralyze their prey.”

After shooting his arm, the other six men got up and wanted to attack and protect Zion, but then the Black Scorpions who were with Shawn opened fire on them, and they all died. When Zion saw that all his men were dead, he glared at Shawn with so much anger, while his arm was bleeding. "I'm going to ask you one last time, where is Queen?" "Queen.....I.....I gave her to Maka." "What the fuck is going on here, who the hell is Maka?" Shawn asked. Zion said, "Maka is... He's the king of this jungle." "The king of this jungle, huh? And what does he want with Queen?"

And then I saw it. Emerging from the shadows at the far end of the corridor was a spider. But it wasn’t just any spider. This thing was massive—its body the size of a small car, its legs long and spindly, tipped with razor-sharp points that clicked against the stone as it moved. Its eyes, all eight of them, glowed a sickly yellow, fixed on me with a predatory hunger. I froze, my breath catching in my throat. “Run, little witch,” Jacob’s voice whispered, almost tender.

Standing by with her hands covering her chest, she reached out to grasp the leg that Spider Queen used to attack her and forcefully snapped it at once. The spider screamed in pain in an instant. It glared at the Dodge Tomahawk, its eight enraged compound eyes flashing with red light. It shrilled, and then its mouth moved, as if something was going to spurt out of it. Nicole saw the anomaly and quickly bounced backward. The next second, the position where she had just stood a second ago, was hit by the white slime-like substance that shot out of the spider's mouth. The ground was corroded and turned black in an instant.

"You… What are you doing?" "What am I doing?" Kendall smirked. "Aren’t you bold and brave? I’ll give you a taste of the Dark Sky Spider. This is a special venomous creature reared by the Five Poison Sect. Once bitten by it, your entire body will turn numb and your skin will start to rot. By then you wouldn’t know whether you’re still alive or dead. Why don’t you try it?"

Katie and I were out of reach to save her. Chomp! A giant spider took a drop on him and bit his neck. The enemy commander screamed in pain before it jumped away and landed next to us. “That’s not one of Commander Javier’s familiars,” one of the tengu braves exclaimed. The giant spider was as big as a tiger, and it began to chuckle. Our eyes widened, recognizing that familiar voice. “Zeki?” we all gasped. “Yes, it is I….” Zeki transformed back to his human form. “Zeki the Storyteller.”

I ignored him and continued with what I was saying. "He had purple colored eyes just like the drider did. It wasn't as bright as it was during the battle, but I couldn't have missed the purple hue in them," I said. "There is no way that monster is a shifter. I saw it, it was huge and terrifying!" Justin exclaimed. "So what? I can shift into a giant wolf or whatever the fuck I want too. What does that prove?" I barked. "But it had eight legs and it was a goddamn spider. How can that thing become a person!" Theo cried.

She nudged Zinjo, who groaned. "Not another one of those accursed spider creatures. I refuse to take another step toward my doom," Zinjo complained. Lord Nian put his hand on Zinjo's shoulder, "If the spider demon were here before, it isn't now. I heard they make armor using their webs and catches fire easily. I doubt such a creature could thrive among the Yanhuo." Aurelia pointed to the path ahead, "What are those?" Animal skulls on sharpened sticks the eyes were charred, Lord Nian shook his head, "What madness is this? Only bush tribes use these markers to ward off trespassers. It would explain their recent hostility towards us."

If I remember correctly He seems to use some sort of a very strong demonic beast web. “Um… I think he uses the web from the beyond ascension realm demonic spider with some sort of special method to refine it removing any undesired trait-like poison and stickiness en masse.” Aurelia nods repeatedly and starts to take notes in her memo with the language I don’t know. It should be the language from her homeworld.

Slowly, the purple mist took its final form, the INYOKA. The mother was alarmed at these strange activities; she tried to run away again, but her feet were not letting go. The large, venomous purple snake crawled towards her, and the mother freaked out as the snake climbed on her body, gliding its scaly self around her until it reached the baby.
