Luna of the North

Luna of the North

My wounds are already beginning to knit themselves together, the blood just makes them seem worse than they are. Spots cloud my vision when I'm lifted up again. "Run into town and grab Eris. Let them know we're coming," Wren commands. What a good beta... "On it," is all Gabriela says, and then her scent fades away from me. Come back. I reach for her, my hand grasping at nothing. "Alright, Your Grace." Wren hefts me up from the ground. "Up you go."

Light & Darkness: Book 3

Light & Darkness: Book 3

I looked back at the pages of the book, wrapping myself more closely in the gray scarf Oliver had given me for Christmas. However, I was not allowed to return to the land depicted in the story from my book, because I sensed a strangely familiar aura that was getting closer and closer to our property. My first thought was mother, because the structure of the aura was very similar, but a few details did not match. I put the book on the table and lifted the blanket from my lap, setting it aside, before giving Oliver a meaningful look. He must have sensed the aura as well, as was already taking Alex in his arms and then walking towards the gazebo, where Oliver sat him down on the bench next to m

Eternal Dawn, Fleeting Dusk

Eternal Dawn, Fleeting Dusk

Covered in moss and denied the light of day, it exuded a quiet sorrow toward the world. Camellia was leaving, but these artifacts should not be buried with her. "It's nothing, Felix. Don't worry about me," she said softly. Seeing her unwillingness to elaborate, Felix did not press further. After instructing his assistants to carefully transport the artifacts, he patted her shoulder before leaving. "Take care of yourself," he said as he departed. Once again, she was alone. The once vibrant Eterna Haven now felt hollow and empty. Her phone buzzed with a notification. It was about Valentina's online book signing event for her new illustration collection.

A New Dawn, A Different Path

A New Dawn, A Different Path

Riley was convicted of attempted homicide and sentenced to a lifetime in prison. When we made it to the North Point research station, the sky was lit up by a spectacular aurora that dyed everything it touched in a green hue. Caleb stood beneath the starry sky and offered his hand to me. I didn't hesitate as I stepped forward and took his hand.

What Separates Me and You

What Separates Me and You

A smile curved on her lips, and she strolled over. Josephine glanced at her skeptically, wondering what she was up to now. Taking a seat opposite Josephine, Yona greeted, "Good afternoon." Josephine and Wendy exchanged a glance. They both felt a sense of unease about Yona's intentions. "Good afternoon. Is there something you need?" Josephine asked politely. Yona rolled her eyes at Josephine. "I'm just saying hello. Why are you so surprised? Relax, I'm not here to make trouble for you."

Rayna Pelkonen
This is one of the saddest female leads ever. It keeps getting worse for the FL. The plot is unclear. The reason for him being with both women and his feelings are unclear. It’s entertaining but not very satisfying. Like to know what his feelings are towards them and hope things get better for FL.
Jennifer
Book was a page turner until I got to the end and then had to start reading 1 a day. Some closure to MsJenkins and divorce but not fully closed. No real character development and Josie is getting worse. I will keep reading for now but may be jumping ship soon if Josies situation doesn’t get better.

Claimed By The Blood Moon King(The Alpha’s Hidden Mate)

Claimed By The Blood Moon King(The Alpha’s Hidden Mate)

Regret filled me, I wanted to call out to him but the blood moon king’s fate was much harsher than what I was probably about to face. “Name.” “Anora. Daughter of— He cackled, “In these parts no one cares whose daughter you are. Do you know where you are Luna?” I blinked, bemused. He saw through my confusion, “You’re in the Dark woods. Mated or not, you’re fresh meat for any Alpha to breed.” Breed. Fresh meat. Oh Goddess. I shut my eyes tight in short prayer to the moon goddess, hearing those forbidden words made my intense fear grow even yonder. His claws pierced through my skin even harder as he studied me, smelled me, I was disgusted and the he pushed me against one of the trees.

Winter's Awakening

Winter's Awakening

*Aaron* I don't know about you, but waking up next to someone as extraordinary as Winter can do funny things to a guy. Today, I felt like I was plugged into an energy grid or something. I woke from deep sleep, blinking against the golden rays pouring through the window, only to find Winter still lost in her dreams, her red hair swirling around her like a fiery halo. For a moment, I just sat there, taking in the sight, wondering how someone so ethereal could exist in my world. The tattoo on my chest—a northern star—seemed to pulse in sync with my heartbeat, thrumming with the same energy I felt when I marked her.
