They think she is seventeen, due to her saying a partial word on her sickbed, but who knows. The article in the newspaper about her father just states that she was a teenage girl with no specific age listed. As for Adam, he is twenty-five years old. That is nearly a decade between them. He is nearly ten years older than her. Which would not be too much of an issue if she were legally an adult.

"Well, he doesn't actually care about all the business and such, he's just here to boss everyone around." "Really? Seemed like a pain in the butt." "Well, he's still young and all, he just turned twenty-something recently." "Not so young, at that age, anybody could be considered as a young adult and no longer a teenager." There are mischievous things that you can't do at the age of 21 which are meant to be done at the age of 16 or 18. It's just like that, its life but some people don't want to understand this point. 23 years is a great age to be especially when you are girl, it's the most precious time to either go mature or proceed with the teen mentality. Some people, see the age 23 as the best stage make life related decisions like wanting stable relationships, and making decisions of what to do to be become what you want in life, finding a purpose that can earn you trillions dollars to have the perfect dream life you've always wanted to own...that's how I feel!
