Watch out." I smirked."Watch out for what?" She question turning around. As soon as she turned around I balled my fist and punched her jaw as soon as my fist came in contact with her jaw, lightning cracked in the air making the lights flicker off then on, but still lighting the room up with its glow. Megan stumbled back holding her face. I took this as my shot and pushed her back even more shoving her till she fell over slamming against the floor.

The only thing I could make out from her outfit was that it was a warsuit. Just when she felt a presence in her room, she turned and saw me. I smiled weakly at her. It seems Sage's first attack did a great deal on me considering the fact that I never strengthened my power level after I got my powers back. "Megan?" Morgana gasped. She ran up to me. She pulled me into her embrace but instead of reciprocating the gesture, I collapsed into her hands. Everything went fuzzy at first. I could not see her face clearly before it all blacked out.

Meagan yelled as she ran towards her body. “Get the girl!” a husky voice hollered. Not until then did Meagan discover the strange faces around her. “Get your hands off me!” Meagan protested as two hefty men dragged her away from her mother’s body. “What have you done? Why did you kill her? She’s the Queen.” “Now, you stay quiet, child. Of course, we know she’s the Luna. We have to protect you.” Meagan could tell she had heard the voice somewhere but she was consumed in fear and anger to think of their first meeting.

Gracious heavens, the thought alone made my chest expand with excitement. “Hi!” A girl waved at me the second I stepped in the lecture room. Her smile was wide and friendly, ginger hair nearly covering her brown eyes. “You don’t hate front seats, do you? You should sit here. Everywhere else is taken.” “Right.” I returned the smile and sat right next to her. “Thanks. I’m Megan.” “Stacey.” Her dimples were really pretty. “I can tell we’ll be good friends.” I instantly laughed.

Greg took her as a joke, now she is provoked, she will let them know who she truly is, the daughter of the most influential family. “Get him”, Enzo ordered his guards at officer Gabby, who was sweating profusely. His eyes widened and flashes with trepidation as the hefty men came towards him. “Stop, a female voice stopped them, it was Megan's. Let him be, brother”. She smirked. “I would be needing his help”, she faced officer Gabby. “Anything for you ma'am, please…just…don't kill me, he said courteously”. “Didn't Greg want you to arrest me?”

"I’m Megan," said the dark-haired girl, gesturing with her thumb toward the other one, "and this is Julie." Megan was slim and wiry, with brown eyes, dark hair, and freckles spread across her face. Her frame was small, but her sharp eyes were attentive to everything around us.

Megan threw her head back, laughing, "Seriously, Cat. That's how you hit on a girl?" Cattleya glared at her, drumming her fingers on Veronica's knee, "Oh hush you. I haven't even started." Veronica raised her head to then inquisitively look up at Megan who simply chuckled, reading her mind, “I’m Megan Brooks. One of Cassandra's friends. Captain of the NYPD.” “…You’re not a model?”

Jubilee asked. With her dark hair and green eyes, Jubilee looked so much like Caleb that sometimes Megan had a hard time being around the girl. But unlike her brother, Jubilee was cheerful and helpful, and Megan had enjoyed getting to know her. Jubilee had been sheltered for most of her life, especially after multiple bouts with childhood cancer, and she’d only recently moved out of her parents’ house and begun supporting herself. The newly added independence had only allowed her naturally sunny personality to shine through. “I was just going, actually.” Caleb turned to go before saying, “I’ll see you later, Jubi.”
