Chapter 5 Millent took a moment to catch her breath, her heart pounding in her chest. She quickly scanned the room, hoping to find any clue about the identity of their attackers and their motives. Among the wreckage, she noticed a torn piece of parchment with a symbol she had never seen before. Carefully picking it up, Millent examined the symbol. It was intricate and seemed to hold a mystical energy. The sight of it sent a shiver down her spine as if it held a hidden power that she couldn't comprehend.

I stepped forward, my eyes moving across every detail in the room. The cages. The screens. The stains on the floor. The walls were still adorned with murals, but these depicted scenes of Moon Wolves in battle, their forms fierce and majestic as they defended their lands. Each pillar was etched with runes and symbols, and in the center of the circle was a shallow basin filled with shimmering water. I approached cautiously. I could sense that this puzzle required more than just observation. “What do you think this one is about?” I asked Athena. “The basin,” Athena said thoughtfully. “It’s reflecting the murals on the walls. Maybe it’s a clue.”
