I stared at the towering, human-height robot in front of me and shivered. "I’m submitting the data now. Then, all we have to do is wait for tomorrow’s live showcase!" Zane grinned as he worked the keyboard. "Wait!" My shout stopped him mid-click. "I’ve got a better idea."

Zackery stopped me and pulled Will back. "Your Excellency," Lucas took a slight bow and said, "His Highness Beta Zabel was looking for you just now. He looked very upset and I guess he needs some assistance from you and doctor Jafar right now." Zackery looked at me and said, "Sorry, little girl. My brother has mindlinked me just now and apparently, he needs my help right now. Can you promise to be civil with Lucas and wait for me for a while? I'll be back in a minute."

Contact Chairman Zack immediately! Right now! " he yelled at the top of his voice, to the horror of his assistant who was standing right behind him "Yes sir." He quickly picked up the phone and dialed Chairman Zack's office landline, the phone nearly rang for a while and then it was picked up, he quickly noticed this and stretched out his hand to Mr Quin gesturing for him to answer the phone "Hello, Chairman Zack, I'm quite certain I need not explain why I have contacted you at this time"

"Master Zack? Why are you here?" A Corvette brother said to Baby Robbie, "Admiral, it’s no wonder that you don't recognize Master Zack. He’s Doomsday’s Zechariah, our patron saint’s, master. He usually lives on the top of the mountain and is hidden away from the world. We have better chances at winning this with Master Zack on our team." Baby Robbie was beyond grateful and said, "Thank you for helping us." Master Zack said in a gentle and fatherly tone, "Don't thank me, thank your father. It was he who knelt and begged me to fight alongside you."

'I'm really sorry, Samuel. I didn't mean to cross you, but are you sure you're pulling out of the nationals?' 'Yeah.' The guy was just a suspect for now. Without further proof, I could not tell him that he was already on my list. Zack came with a surprise. He was relentless about getting the complete code for the robot, but he said it was purely academic. I did give him a lot of codes for robots of different purposes. He took them all. Every single time, he could come up with a new excuse. I wondered if shame existed in the guy.

I started the engine and drove off. “What’s the update?” I asked Zach. His voice came through the earpiece. “He’s nervous. He’s introducing himself to some businessmen.” “He knows what he’s supposed to say.” The empty pit in my stomach only deepened. “Good evening. I’m Mr. Isaac Zealot, owner of ZeeTech,” his voice continued in the background. Zach's voice cut through. “I’m here. I’ll handle it. Just deal with your father.” I licked my lips. This had to go well.

His eyes locked on mine, and I couldn’t help the small smirk that tugged at my lips. “So… you’re back,” he said, voice low, eyes scanning me like he hadn’t recognized me. James looked confused. “Who are you referring to?” I watched them from inside the car, calm and collected. “James, perhaps you haven’t noticed,” Zack said, voice sharp. I opened the car door, stepping out slowly. A smirk spread across my face. “Let me introduce myself properly. I’m Zoe Berry, Enforcer of Red Water Pack. Not so nice to see you, Beta James… Alpha Zack. It’s been a while.”
