Romans & histoires Zeus The Lightning God

I can feel her moving close to the surface without coming close enough to be noticed by the others. “It has not been nearly long enough, Zeus…” Ice steps into a ready stance as he watches the Grecian God from Greek mythology intently. “What are you doing lurking around the Vampire Realm? Did they finally get tired of you up on Mount Olympus and kick you out?” Anger flashes on Zeus’ face as he takes a menacing step forward. “Do not mock me, you lowly elf.” Power swirls around Zeus. The sky darkens around us, casting shadows all around us, the only light coming from the lightning that flashes through the sky, crashing to the earth at random intervals.

"Elements are what makes our world, they're what makes us, what drives us. Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, lightning, they existed before us. They are like our gods and so, their spells deserve to be treated with respect. You can't tame lightning, Zeus. It is the element that tames you, that gives you strength." She pursed her lips as I stared dumbfounded. "That is why you fell, Zeus. You tried to command the power of gods,” she gently stroked my hands but I was still confused.

We stood locked, eye to eye, teeth gritted, muscles straining. Then, through the clash of steel and storm, he hissed, “Who are you?” I met his stare and grinned, despite the blood on my lips. “Don’t you remember?” I whispered. “I’m Zevarion, the god of lightning.” At that moment. A jagged bolt of lightning split the sky and struck between us with a blinding flash. The sheer force sent Xareth hurtling across the courtyard, his body crashing into the stone with a sickening thud. He coughed, blood staining his lips. But I was still standing.

“but promise me that you will not tell a single soul, that I told you about this.” “I promise.” “I sneak into Zeus’ chambers and steal his bolt and I kill the goddamn bastard who did me harm.” The shock registered in her pretty face as she realizes what I was trying to tell her. “No?” “Yes.” Zeus’ lightning bolt. My brother is very powerful, but he tends to be so relax with his possessions. He keeps his most powerful weapon in his bedchambers rather than safe keeping it in the Vanguard protected vault. This weapon of legend is Zeus’ bread and butter but he fails to recognize that not everyone in Mount Olympus fears him to not take the chance of wielding a weapon as strong as the lighting bol

Kian hugs his papa. "Okay, they're here let's start before it gets flooded here." Kaios said when the other deities arrived. Kian's parents stand with Kōri and Feu. Kaios, Selene and Leluna stand up to greet the newcomers. The other deities who arrived are Asili, the deity of the four elements. Water, fire, earth, and wind. Galax, the deity of the stars and time. Lastly, the Sun deity which is also the king of the deities and Leluna's brother, Ijus. Kian and Kaleb are overwhelmed with their presence.

Zeus sighed loudly after getting no response from her, he patted her back and spoke up again “Hazel let's go home” A few seconds later, Hazel raised her head and her eyes were swollen and red due to too many tears. She stood up and without saying anything to Zeus, left the office and went to sit inside the car. Zeus stood up also, he moved closer to the shocked cops and collected his card. He made his way out of the office with his assistant behind him. When they stepped outside, Zeus halted for a moment and turned his head to Joe.

I turned my gaze at Zeus who is piercing at the floor. I feel this enormous rage to burn the world right now, Zeus was trying to hide my baby from me? But above all that, I'm pregnant, I have a life in me? I have essence of Zeus in me, I felt my eyes tearing up and I couldn’t stop myself from crying, why should I? I’ve never been this happy, I'm going to b---be a m---mother, a mother. I'm going to be a mother Zeu---. I halted before the smile appeared on my face and I shoved it back. “Please take care of yourself, and avoid playing with your life, since you have a life in you now!”

When I’m hit with a bolt of lightning, which sends me flying backwards. “JADARA!” I scream as I get back to my feet to see them both fighting. She is dodging him. Cece leaves my body and joins in the fight. I run after Cece when I bounce back. My eyes widen when I realise I’m behind a barrier. I shake my head no. I watch as Zeus grabs Jadara, lifting her off the ground before he slams her down. I scream he turns his head to me with a grin on his face when he summons a bolt of lightning.

Carefully laying it over my folded knees, I googled 'Greek god Zeus'. Zeus was the god of the sky and ruler of the Olympian gods. He overthrew his father, Cronus, and then drew lots with his brothers Poseidon and Hades, in order to decide who would succeed their father on the throne. Zeus won the draw and became the supreme ruler of the gods, as well as lord of the sky and rain. His weapon was a thunderbolt which he hurled at those who displeased or defied him, especially liars and oathbreakers. He was married to Hera but often tested her patience, as he was infamous for his many affairs. How many affairs are we talking about?

He roared and I vanished from the mansion into my own home. If Abby was a descendant of Zeus, who knows what abilities she has! I decided to take out an old book on the gods to find out what I could about Zeus and his abilities. Everyone knew that Zeus was the ‘King of the Gods’ and lightning was his weapon of choice, but what else was he a God of? Upon my research, I found that he was the God of the sky, lightning, and justice5. “Well, that’s appropriate,” I mumbled to myself.
