I brace myself for death, but then the zareth cringes as if in severe pain and I sigh before getting enough courage to pick up his arm. That makes

Whispers of Loyalty

I hold her tight, burying my face in her shoulder. “I need to end this.” “We will.” “No,” I say. “I will.” She pulls back. “Zach—” “They want a king? I’ll give them one. But not theirs. Not some broken heir with a leash around his neck. I’ll burn their legacy to the fucking ground.” Her eyes widen. “That’s a war.” I nod. “And it’s already begun.” We gather in the war room two hours later. Gia, Niko, Dom, and Alana. Everyone who’s still breathing and loyal.

the book is good but could use a little bit more proof reading. some different phrases as well instead of saying the same things to each of the brothers. they have different personalities so it would have been nice for it to have been more personal with them. it was a good book none the less.
