We wanted them thrown off, thinking that we were mindless creatures. In reality, we are intelligent, ruthless, and apathetic to most human emotions.

Surprisingly enough, I was reborn to the timeframe where there were six hours left before the zombie outbreak began. Memories of my past life were replayed in my mind like a movie reel. It was as if I could still smell the rotten and bloodied stench wafting from the zombies. With a trembling hand, I felt my neck. It tumbled backward like a chopped tree crashing heavily into the broken metal gate. BOOM The massive body blocked the five-foot gap completely acting like a wall against the hundreds of smaller zombies screaming right behind it. Gray rotting hands reached out from under the giant’s arms clawing wildly at the air. They could not push the heavy corpse out of the way.
