We fell into an uneasy silence, the air between us heavy with a lot of unspoken words. I sighed. “Look, Zion, It's not what you think. Aaron is my personal bodyguard," I said. Zion stared at me like I’d just told him I am secretly an alien. “Wait—what? A personal bodyguard? What the hell do you need a bodyguard for?”

Emily said cheerfully, she loved hearing about her sister’s job as a bodyguard. “Well he actually tried to drug me and then he wanted to sleep with me,” Shawty admitted and then laughed. “But I straightened him out. He was very arrogant. A big shot. I smiled at him, I could hear the warmth behind his words that’s why I nodded and said, “Sure!” Zackery smiled and again introduced himself, “I am Zackery Hox and while I am appointed as your guard, I would love to be friends too.” I smiled at him and did the same, “Hey! Zackery, I am Cynthia Michaels. While you might be my bodyguard, I would definitely like us to be friends.” Zackery shook his head and chuckled but then got serious and again repeated his earlier message, “Nice but like I said you need to change your outfit or he is going to come straight from the Soul city and tear both of us a new one.”
