I kissed him goodbye and took the stairs two at a time to go back to our room where I pulled out Theo's file and read through as I counted down the minutes till 4 PM. The neutral zone— or N.Z. as most people liked to call it— was a small territory of approximately two thousand eight hundred and fifteen square kilometres with no fixed ruling system.
