She smirked and slowly raised her head. "Isn't it my old colleague? Well, you never changed too. Still the taunter, aren't you?" she laughed and looked at Carissa. "This is an old friend. She is a big time savage and shouldn't be taken seriously. Always avoid her where ever you see her cause I can guarantee you that she would make you so damn irritated." Rina frowned hearing that comment about her. She glared at Zoey but Zoey who still had a smile on her face, remained unfazed.

But it was only a matter of seconds when Zeev loudly cursed, and Zane felt their vehicle wiggle on the road until they crashed on the sideway. The screeching sound of the motorbike bounced on the trees from the forest, Zeev was startled by the squirrel crossing the road and tried avoiding it, making them crash. They both rolled over from the road down to the edge of the forest. However, Zeev only rolled and hit the gutter, while Zane unfortunately fell down, hitting some trees before reaching the flat ground. Zeev groaned the pain from his legs and immediately removed his helmet. “Stupid squirrel.” He was annoyed and almost struggled to stand, looking around for his friend.

"Oh, please save your breath. Marry your camp? Spare my ears the lie. Your paws can get a basic mud hut key cut for a couple of cheap tokens—does your unranked blood even qualify for that low level?" Thorne stands right there across the table, his jaw gaping open in total disbelief. Just a moment ago, his brain thought Zafira’s wolf was super easy to coax with sweet words, and now it is like my spirit has turned into a completely different fighter entirely. "Zafira?!"

I couldn't help but be drawn to this enigmatic person, and the intoxicating scent that seemed to surround them. A primal instinct roared to life within me, and a low, rumbling growl vibrated through my chest. "Mate!" my wolf snarled, the word echoing in my mind like a battle cry. As if sensing my wolf's claim, the stranger's head snapped around, their eyes locking onto mine with an unnerving intensity. A single word spilled from their lips, husky and raw: "Mate!" The moment our gazes met, reality seemed to warp and twist. My mind recoiled in horror as I took in the stranger's features—the sharp jawline, the piercing eyes, the chiseled physique. This couldn't be happening.

"What are they calling me?" Darius finally let out a short laugh. "The Savage Luna." I froze. I stared at him, my mouth dropping open slightly. I was completely dumbfounded. "The what?" I asked, my voice flat. "The Savage Luna," Darius repeated, and this time he didn't even try to hide his grin. "People are talking about the way you handled Rydan. They’re saying you didn't just kill him, you ended a whole era with total brutality. They saw the way you stood between two Alphas and told them both to back off. They think you're a force of nature, Lyra."

But I would do it again and again if Jade is with me and her life's in danger. I intend to protect her with all my being... Even if it risks my entire pack. I don't fucking care. As Zuko was about to reach the last store, he heard a commotion coming from across the street. Soon, shelves and merchandise were being thrown out of the small supermarket "Jazzy Mint". Zuko was taken aback. He heard a girl shouting in anger and a group of men mocking her and saw the arrogant Violet standing at the store entrance with a cold and malicious smirk. "Lina Jenner, this is just a small warning for you!" Violet looked at the mess triumphantly. "If you dare to talk nonsense and defame us Grists again, I have ways to make you suffer!"

I deadpan. Ten minutes later, I hear my name being called. "Dakoda Savage is a newcomer. Let's give her a big round of applause," the announcer says. I hear a few boos, likely from Harlan and her followers. I take a deep breath as I walk towards the water. Once I'm in, I swim out to the deepest part. When I spot my wave, I prepare to ride it. Damn it, I missed that one. I waited too long to get on my board. It's okay, Dakoda, you can do this.

Alpha Austin protested. “Ohh…” Beta Hudson mouthed and raised an eyebrow. “ I pray I don't see her here, but if I do, then you will leave me with no option but to burn down this whole pack to ashes. I mean my words, so don't take it as a joke.” Beta Hudson seriously warned Alpha Austin. Alpha Austin fearfully gulped in saliva and responded,“ You can go ahead and search the pack for her. However, please, I shouldn't be blamed if you find her here because she might have escaped from your pack and sneak in without our notice.”

It was calm and peaceful but almost like a whisper like there was something stuck in the speaker's throat making their voice come out as if, along with white noise. The both of them turned around to the speaker, it was none other than Jelena Savage herself! The Coalition Chieftess of the Als race!
