Zootopia Training Novels & Stories

Even the she-wolves and pups over the age of eight are training, it’s clear to see they find it empowering and uplifting. I’m only allowed to train with Max, Damian, and Jasper. While we don’t believe any of the pack mean any harm, nobody wants to take the chance. With their tuition and Cora’s abilities, I’m becoming stronger. I can feel the healthy weight I have gained from proper nutrition and safe training.

I wasn’t becoming mad or schizophrenic like I had feared? So many emotions rushed through me at once that my brain was entangled. But somehow, through all this, I wanted to meet my wolf. After breakfast, they started my training. Axel, Mason, and Tyler decided to begin with “basic response and trigger observation.” The first training was balance and reaction. Axel took me outside to a flat clearing behind the cabin where the ground was packed with snow and hard earth. Mason marked a circle around me with his boot. “Stay inside the circle,” he said.

Nicole did not hold Zeke but motioned for him to continue walking for two laps. "We can only start the next phase of training when you reach three." Her voice came from behind him in the distance. Zeke could not say a word as he felt his eyes turning dark, and his knees were not his own. Getting the pace up to three was no different from flying. He had a long way to go. After Zeke had finished training, Nicole walked toward the teaching building and stepped into the classroom on the dot. There were exactly five minutes before the class started.

the tough looking lady with a short bob greeted Lewis. “Uhm… this is the Alpha’s VIP guest, Miss Zoe, he requests for you two to train her accordingly, start with the basics first,” he said to them then looked at me. “This is Ken and Scarlett they will be your trainers for a while,” he said, introducing them and I nodded. “Great, but you don’t need to start with the basics, I trained hard at home so I could just join in with the others,” I said and they all looked shocked.

Its tail moved in a slow arc. Applause echoed across the hall. I kept my eyes on the leopard and leaned forward. Two years of training. Morning after morning in the cold garage with the light coming through the gap under the door. My trainer had been a retired combat shifter named Petra who had no patience for self-pity and charged by the hour. I had used my savings from three summers of weekend work to pay her. The leopard moved. I tracked the line of its approach and jumped away from its reach. It adjusted. Faster than I expected. And dashed at me.

I can't let my guard down. So it's past nine pm and Wendy and I are watching "SpongeBob SquarePants" on boomerang. It's our favorite cartoon and we can't miss a single episode of it. I'm not concentrating on the cartoon though, I'm still thinking of how to tell Wendy that I quit my job. She's gonna freak out and judge me squarely. I wish didn't have to say or I could tell a lie about it but hey, that's my best friend we're talking about. She sees right through me, so I cannot lie to her. She'll know instantly that I'm hiding something. "Hazel" a loud call snaps me out my silly thoughts. When I turn to look at her, she's giving me the "you - better - tell - me - what's - going - on" look.

I gave a weak wave at the crowd as Dani tugged me toward the first step into the giant whale pool. "Here you go." The trainer held up a bucket. "Zoe's going to splash you guys again and open her mouth. You'll toss the food in, and when you're finished with that, all you need to do his hold up your hand for a high five. She'll close her mouth, chomp down on the food and do a trick." As long as my body wasn't involved in that trick. The bucket was shoved into my free hand. I clenched Dani harder. She leaned into my side then started humming Jaws.

Keegan POV: I carried an emotionally drained Vianne to her bedroom after her episode in the gym. I hated that I had done something to trigger memories of a horrific ordeal. I knew training her would be difficult, not only because of who she was but because it would scare her. When Edwin and I trained Tess to protect herself, it had taken over a week before she would even allow us to remain in a room alone with her. Her eyes had always darted around. Looking for escape routes, always alert. She had trembled with fear whenever Edwin or I had come within ten feet of her. We had our work cut out for us, but in the long run, we had taught her to fight back. Afterward, she never let anyone belittl

Zena stared at the papers, clearly unsure whether she wanted to read them. “What kind of plans?” she asked, reaching for the first page as I handed it to her. I watched her eyes move across the words before answering. “Training,” I explained, pointing toward the different sections. “Control exercises, emotional control, defensive techniques, and ways to strengthen your connection with your sovereign wolf without allowing other people to influence it.” Zena looked genuinely surprised. “He knew I would need this,” she said, holding the papers carefully as she looked at me. I nodded.

She says, slightly annoyed that the older pups will get to train and she can't. "The younger pups' training will start later this month," Zion tells her, gaining a shrill laugh from her as she jumps up and down while clapping. "But it won't be fun and games. You'll have to put in the work and show discipline." "Yay!!" She squeals again, completely ignoring the last thing he said, making everyone laugh. "Okay, Orian and Sam will give y'all the tour tomorrow morning. But right now, it's time for bed, so finish up your smoothies, and we'll take everyone to your rooms." Zion says, and they all nod in understanding.
