He took the black umbrella that was hanging in the foyer, opened it and walked out directly. A man and a dog with a black umbrella were walking in the rain. It was obviously very dark but yet extremely ostentatious. It was like a messenger from hell, who was horrifying, majestic and dignified. The doors unlocked with a loud click. Zoey pushed open the door to get out. Her wrist was grabbed again. She looked back at Laurence. He held out an umbrella. His gaze was lowered. It looked like the rain was falling all over his face. "It's raining." "Thank you." She opened the umbrella and quickly disappeared into the rainy night. Laurence wound down the window. Raindrops bombarded his face. He reached an arm out to catch the droplets in his palm. He stared into the darkness and muttered, "It's raining."
