Sebastian’s POV
“Fuck!” Jasmine yelped.
Like a scared toddler, she flinched away and somehow went to stand behind Asher, it was not so obvious, but she did take a move to safety, and Asher was not joking, as his gaze burned furiously, eager to jump on me at any slightest opportunity.
"Nah, it's not a good idea,” I whispered to myself, applying restraint. Initially, I wanted to take advance and walk up to Jasmine, but the venomous and stern warning from her pissed off lover made me stop midway, suddenly having a rethink of everything.
“Don’t you dare!” Asher groaned, it was not so low, but loud enough to my hearing.
“asshole.” I sighed and stepped aside a bit, but I didn't give any sign that I was about to back down. Matter of fact, I just started picking a fight with him, and he better has the energy to match it.
I took a swift glimpse at Jasmine, and I could have sworn I saw her steal a glance at me and immediately our eyes met, she glanced away like she was never staring at me.
