Chapter 4 - Go Away!

Hope Richards’ face immediately lost all of its colors as they watched the heated scene in front of them. She can’t believe that was her demure daughter in front, moaning and groaning responsively with the man’s every touch.

The crowd was so stunned that some even almost stopped breathing while watching everything unfold in front of them.

The tiny sounds of people’s shock interrupted the busy couple from their activity.

“Gaspal!” Caitlin called out with a delicate cry as she finally see the crowd behind them.

Under the dim lights in the garden, her lips carried a suspicious shine and the sleeves of her gown were in disarray. Her hands clutched tightly into Gaspal’s coat.

The scene was very awkward for a long while before Allen Richards’ voice roared in the dimly lighted garden. “Caitlin!”

Hope Richards’ face distorted before her eyes widened in an understanding of what actually happened. She remembered that bastard's confident announcement earlier.

Allen never expected for his demure daughter to get caught up in such a scandal. But being an expert player of power, the alpha immediately escaped this embarrassment when he announced that Gaspal Ricks was officially Caitlin’s fiance.

However, the situation was too dire for the guests to accept that pale and feeble reason he had come up with.

Given that Gaspal would be announced as Caitlin’s fiance, there would be no assurance that they would really be each other’s mates, given that Caitlin had her first turn to come just yet. Besides, it was embarrassing enough to be seen in that scene and yet for Caitlin’s mess to be cleaned up after by her alpha father.

The guests could only cover up the secondhand embarrassment and judgments with their pretty smiles.

Receiving the looks of contempt made Caitlin ran away from the crowd and into her room.

Today’s party was already ruined.

Having lost such a big face and after a big hit on his family’s reputation, Allen Richards could only force a smile while sending the guests away first. The smile on his face instantly disappeared as soon as he entered Caitlin’s room. His wife and Gaspal Ricks are on his tail.

Caitlin was still wearing her extravagant gown while laying face down on her soft bed.

“Did you have fun?” Allen asked mockingly. “Did you have fun tainting the pack’s reputation?!”

Hope immediately stood between her husband and daughter. “Dear, something is definitely wrong here! Why not ask Bella? Why did she say such an intriguing statement in front of the crowd?”

Caitlin’s head propped out of the bed and her eyes wet with tears as she heard about Bella’s stunt earlier.

“So it was her who set me up?! What’s wrong with that girl, Daddy?!” Caitlin stomped her feet on the carpeted floor of her room and finally left her room to go to Bella’s room.

Her parents and Gaspal followed behind her silently, but with their foreheads in a uniform of wrinkles.

“Bitch! Open this goddamn door!” Caitlin slammed on Bella’s door while Gaspal stood beside her, quietly observing the scene.

Not long after, the door finally opened.

Bella lazily leaned against the door, her pretty ocean blue eyes carelessly surveying the few people at the door. “Something wrong?”

She had already changed into pure white sportswear, outlining the perfect curves of her body that perfectly fit her pretty face and a bit of evil aura.

She looks like both an angel and a devil. An innocent angel that seems to have no sin and a devil that can make everyone succumb to her wholly.

A trace of amazement and adoration flashed across Gaspal’s eyes before it moved back and forth between Bella and Caitlin.

A fake, demure, rotten, spoiled brat and an overly independent and rude, yet pretty woman.

The difference between the two sisters is immediately visible in his eyes.

“You’re the one who lured the guests to the garden, you bitch!” Caitlin was so angry that she raised her hand to hit Bella’s face.

Bella gave a low laugh, almost mocking, as she caught her sister’s wrist. Her eyes were meltingly ruthlessness as she stared at Caitlin’s eyes. “You disturbed my sleep just for this?”

“You…” Seeing Bella acting indifferent, Caitlin’s heart became angrier. She tried to pull her arm away but the more she moves the more tight Bella’s hold on her gets.

“Let go of me!” she squealed as the pain made its way on the wrist Bella was holding.

Bella sighed heavily before letting go of Caitlin’s wrist with disgust. Her eyes immediately found her sister’s eyes and a warning glare of hostility welcomed Caitlin.

“Go away!” The door slammed loudly in front of them, leaving everyone speechless.

Caitlin immediately stepped back as an initial reaction, but she almost fell to the ground when her high heels gave up on her. Good thing that Gaspal was fast enough to catch her, so she didn’t end up falling on the floor.

Seeing the scene, Hope finally stepped up to act as a kind stepmother. Her delicate, dolled-up face showed some dissatisfaction, but she made sure that the tone of her voice would be gentle enough not to anger her husband. “Bella, come out, and let’s talk it out properly. You shouldn’t have done what you have done. Instead of shunning her in front of people, you should have warned her instead.”

Hope’s face changed in irritation as she received nothing but silence from the other side of the door.

She turned her head to look at her husband like a cry for help, but Allen just shook his head at her, to her surprise.

“She’s just some bastard omega child. Just kick her out,” Gaspal snorted, seeing how helpless the family of three are in front of the girl inside the room.

Hope pulled a heavy sigh. If only they could actually just abandon that ungrateful child!

Allen turned his head to his eldest daughter, his face displayed a not-so-pleased expression.

“Follow me to the office. I want to talk to you,” he ordered before his eyes fled to his wife and to Gaspal, who was still standing behind Caitlin. “Alone.”

With his last orders, Allen Richards left the group and headed first to his office.

Caitlin felt all the color on her face drain as it quickly replaced her anger with fear.
