Chapter 34

Author was working on his laptop when he suddenly got a call from Annabel. He wanted to ignore it because the kids already took a lot of his time but remembering that Annabel was in the hospital with Ramona he decided to pick the call.

" Hello" he answered in his low and weak voice.

" Come to the hospital right now a miracle just happened" Annabel screamed from the other and unable to hide the excitement in her voice. He wondered what was going on and decided to ask her.

" What happened?" He asked confused.

" I told you to come over it's a miracle I'm just supposed to be surprised. If I tell you then surprise will be ruined. So just come over" she said and hung up before he could even reply.

What the hell is going on? First was his kids barging into his office distracting his work and now Annabel? His sighed, closing his laptop and took up his suit which he pull off when he came into the office in the morning. He took his car keys and left the office.
