“Asher, can you confirm if what your wife said is true?’’ Aaron asks.

‘’I don't know what she said,’’ is Asher’s only reply.

The next thing I know, Asher is pulling me down the stairs. I try to pull away from him, but his grip is too strong.

‘’Would you let go of me?’’

‘’Sorry, it's just that I don’t want this to escalate. I know how these reporters can get.’’

‘’No, I’m sorry. I should have known better than to talk to anyone here.’’ I tell him.

Asher stops to look t me. ‘’No, I shouldn’t have let you out of my sight. I know how this place can be. I should have done more to keep you away from Leonard.’’

‘’That's his name?’’ I ask.

‘’Yes, but don’t worry about it.’’

Asher takes my hand again and begins to lead me to the car when the female he was with earlier stops us.

‘’Asher, don’t tell me that you are leaving.’’

“Yes, sorry, but my wife isn’t feeling too well. Plus, there has been an incident I don’t want her to stick around and be exposed to much of this.’’ Asher nods at
