Chapter 16: First try - Pool
“Really? We’re going to the pool?” Caleb asked when his father told him about the plan during their breakfast. “Is there an occasion that I wasn’t aware of?”
“There’s nothing. Bea just asked to go to the pool since this would be her vacation after years of working so she wanted to enjoy it with us.” Callum explained though Bea never really said anything like that.
“Us?” Callum sounded confused and unconvinced. “You’re coming with us?”
“Of course. I’ll be picking you at her place after lunch.” Callum took a sip from his coffee before he diverted his attention to his tablet.
