There was something sharp piercing my eyes. Extremely bright. It was blinding. And it hurt.I sucked a sharp breath in as pain shot through the back of my eyes and in my head. It felt like my head was being squeezed in a vice. I tried to open my eyes to look around but all I could see was blackness.
