Harlow leant back on a tree, painting the scenic view that surrounded her. She was tired from all the extensive training they were doing. She didn't see the need for it, since things came naturally to them. It was their instinct to protect themselves and kill whoever tried to threaten them.

After seeing that her painting wasn't coming out as she wanted it to, she drew a white line through it.

"Well, that sucks." She huffed, blowing hair from her face.

Just then, October appeared, floating before her.

"Sorry to startle you," October said.

Harlow chuckled. "Startle you say? Trust me, there are few things that I fear or can get a raise out of me."

"I want to thank you for helping me."

"It was no bother.'' Harlow waved her off.

October smiled, showing off fangs.

"I also came here to tell you a few things I have learnt from Grace, the servant girl who tried to kill me."

Harlow moved forward on the branch she was sitting on.

"What did you learn?"
