Marcus POV.

Ever since this whole thing that went down with Jaxxon and Allen. Jaxxon has been in a war page with himself. He rarely steps foot outside the pack. I’m guessing it’s because he doesn’t want to hurt anyone. He hasn’t seen Amaly since that day and has avoided any events with the possibility of seeing her. It’s been 2 years.

No one knew she was his mate.

Except me, his parents, and of course Allen and his entourage. Oh and Gamma Arun. We told him eventually.

My heart hurts for my best friend. Honestly I’m not sure how to help him when I had my own problems.

Olivia.

And she was a force to be reckoned with.

She tried so hard to get me to tell her about what happened but Jaxxon commanded me not to mention anything about Amaly.

One thing I will admit, the girl has gotten me wrapped around her fingers

One day she was in my face yelling at me because I wouldn’t let her in on the information about Amaly, so I kissed her.

It made her speechless and when she moaned into my mouth. I knew I had her.

~~flashback 8 months ago—

“Come on Marcus. What the hell is wrong with him? He’s being antisocial.” Olivia annoyed with the whole situation. “I can’t be around my best friend nor my brother at the same time. When she’s here he leaves the territory. There’s something your hiding!! Tell me!”

“Olivia, no. If he wants you know anything he would have told you”

Standing at my face and looking into my eyes. She had the most beautiful honey brown eyes. “Marcus, I just want……..”

I leaned down and put my lips on hers. The sparks that flooded through my lips. She didn’t resist and fell into the kiss. She wrapped her arms around my neck and moaned into my mouth once she opened it. The sparks had flared to everywhere we touched. She let me put my tongue in her mouth as we both fought for dominance.

I got to stop before I lose control.

I pulled away and starred at the beauty in front of me. Lost in what just happened.

“Why did you kiss me?” She tried to get out. Slowly trying to figure out what happened.

“To get you to shut up. Every time you see me, that’s all you want to ask me. Honestly, I’m tired of hearing it.” I smirked at her and seeing a confused look.

“But….. nvm…..” and she walked away…

Did I do something wrong? Crap.

Olivia ignored me for 2 weeks straight and had Gamma Arun taking her and picking her up from training.

“Has she questioned you about Jaxxon?” I asked him curious.

“Bro, she doesn’t shut up. You need to seriously get back on track with her and take her yourself.” Arun said annoyingly to me. “I’m glad I grew up with no sisters.”

“What’s going on with my sister?” Jaxxon asked walking into the office.

I made the move to make sure the office door was closed before we mentioned anything.

“Olivia won’t stop asking about what happened between you and Allen and why you stopped talking to Amaly.” I could tell he was agitated by the minute I mentioned the assholes name.

“Fuck them. I’ll pick her up tomorrow. I’ll give you both a day off from doing that duty.” He smirks.

“You sure alpha? We don’t mind.”

“Of course you don’t mind Marcus”, rolling his eyes at me.

“Ok”

Jaxxon POV

Here I am at the school, waiting for freaking Olivia. Why? She turns 18 in a few months so I wonder how she’s going to take the news when she realizes who her mate is.

Still no matter what, I gave Marcus permission, he hasn’t tried to push for it. Guess he’s really trying to be that gentleman. ha!

Olivia walks out and sees me and her face drops like she isn’t happy to see me. She walks to the passenger side and gets in.

“What are you doing here?” Sounding disappointed

“Damn sis. It’s like that. Your not happy to see me?” Feeling a little hurt with her question.

“Honestly Jackson, you haven’t been yourself. You don’t come out so it’s a shock to see you even here. You haven’t had a conversation with me for months like your heads been stuck up your ass.”

“Wow.” Astonished by her words.

As I looked out the window, I see that bastard, Alpha Allen walking..

Wait. Who is that with him?

Why the fuck is his hand on another she wolf.

“Jaxxon. Are you alright?”

“Wait… Here… Do not move.” I tell my sister hoping she stays put.

Opening the door, I walk straight to that asshole.

From a distance I hear Olivia yelling, “Jaxxon don’t do anything stupid.” And right when the asshole turn, I punched him so hard he flew backwards.

“Man what the fuck!” Allen infuriated stood up ready to fight.

“Why the fuck are you parading a new bitch proudly when you have a chosen mate asshole” furious and angry. Ready to end his life.

“Jaxxon”, my sister says running, “stop this”

“Olivia, why aren’t you furious that your best friends mate is flaunting another bitch on school ground you both attend to.”

Allen starts laughing, “you really don’t know shit do you?”

“You stopped everyone from talking about her so how would you know what happened to her.” Olivia says with hurt in her eyes.

The other she wolf steps forward holding on to Allen to see if he’s ok, “Alpha Jaxxon, he is my fated mate. And I am his.”

I stepped back and stood up, “WHAT?!” Noticing both had marked one another.

“Yea fucking Dick.” Allen says spitting blood out & trying to wipe the blood splatter around.

“Let me guess. Your another Alpha that whore has fucked. Although you are kind of my type.” A tall long blond hair females says.

“Stacia, shut up. Please. Must your sister always follow you around.” Allen says to his mate.

“You are cute. We should go on a date Alpha Jaxxon.” This girl Stacia says.

Looking at her with pure disgust. First she degraded my mate and called her whore, to act like one herself.

I glanced at Olivia, “where is she?”

“Can we go home? We can talk there.”

I nodded. “I apologize that I reacted not knowing you found your fated mate. At least she let you go to be with yours. Couldn’t say you would do the same?” And I turned to walk to my car.

Hearing his mate question him.

“What did he mean by that Allen?”

Nothing.

Ah, so he hides the truth from her too.

Olivia was quiet on the ride back.

“Hey sis. What’s wrong?”

“Why do you hate him so much?” She ask looking at me.

“Who?”

“Stop acting dumb Jaxxon. Everytime your in the presence of Alpha Allen, there’s pure hatred coming from you.”

“Well Olivia…”

“No Jaxxon. Allen had treated Amaly perfectly as a mate should have. He catered to her every need and made sure she was well token care of. The only time they fell out is when he found his true mate. Yes he hid the fact they found each other. But Amaly accepted it. Now tell me why there’s an alpha command on certain people of our pack not allowed to discuss what happened?”

Damn. She got to the point and frustrated where she would let me say a thing.

“Let’s talk in the office.”

I called everyone who knew into my office and made sure the doors were closed.. Just my parents and Marcus and Arun with Olivia.

“I relinquish the command to those I commanded from speaking of Princess Amaly.” I said lifting the Alpha comman.

All 4 individuals breathed out like they were gasping for air.

“Let’s start” I said to Olivia. “What I say to you, must not reach to any other as this is messing with destiny. After I tell you, I will command you to not say a word of it. Is that clear?”

Olivia gulps, “yes”

“The night of the anniversary party of the previous Alpha King Raiz and Luna Queen Elizabeth, I found my fated..”

Olivia jumps and gasp, “noooooooo”

“…… it was Amaly. The minute you saw Allen come back through those doors, was when I confronted him to let my mate go. The reason he announced his engagement that night was to prove his point to me, that she was his. I heard her tell him she loved him. And it broke me. That’s why I left. I kept asking myself Why didn’t i pursue her sooner?”

“Jaxxon, you have always wanted to be with her darling. We all knew. Before she ever entered that relationship, you were already doing more then what a normal ‘friend’ would do” my mom says cutting in. “Your father and I noticed it very early on but didn’t say a thing. You have to let fate play out on its own.”
