Twelve.

Amaly’s POV

Sitting on the floor, playing with my baby sister A’Lena. She’s the cutest thing my parents created. Mom said this is the last one but for some reason, we don’t think they are done. My parents are on the couch cuddled to one another while catching up on some tv show. Sienna is on the other couch laid out napping, while Sierra was up stairs. My two younger brothers, Nathan and Noah, were on the fields, training with David, Nadia and Gamma Danny.

Danny is our older cousin. His parents were murdered in their pack six hours away, when he was only three years old. His mother was mom’s older sister. She took him in as she didn’t trust his father side of the family. Danny is mated to Camilla, and they share a daughter who was born a year before A’Lena.

“Ena… mooshy.. mooshy” I tickle her tummy. She has the cutest laugh. “Who’s the cutest little baby?” I asked in my little baby voice.

“Tthhop pit” A’Lena tries to say but continues to giggle. Most alpha children grow extremely fast and kind of impressive how quick she’s learning words.

Suddenly, images of me cuddled next to a baby in my arms, in a huge bed. The bed looks very familiar. Stroking the babies face. ‘She’s beautiful like her mother.’ I look for the voice speaking, it was Jaxxon who I see, stroking my face, smiling. ‘You both are worth living for. I love you Amaly!”

I gasp and try to shake it off. When my body begins to tremble. My father rushed beside me on the floor, “what’s wrong? What did you see?” He asked.

“Huh?! What’s going on?” Sienna stirs on the couch.

I shake the feeling off. Looked at my father with tears but I try to blink fast so they don’t fall. “Nothing.”

“Amaly, your going to have to talk about it eventually. Even if it’s not now. Don’t bottle these visions and hold them in.” My father says trying to encourage me. “Your going to have to learn to control yourself through these episodes.”

He sighs. “Take deep breathes baby girl”, and tries to breathe with me and A’Lena imitates us too. “Try to relax yourself in those times that these visions come. It’s new to accept this ability.”

Looking down at A’Lena as she smiles wide at me. “I saw myself… with… um… “ and holding myself back, with a small sniffle, “….a … umm.. baby… please… I’m not ready to talk about any of this..” I say trying to gather myself. My father nods and doesn’t try to push it as we both stand up.

I look at A’Lena and hold my hands out to pick her up and kiss her on her forehead. “I want some ice cream. You want some ice cream Ena?” With her big eyes, she looks at our mom for permission and when mom nods, “Yeshh”.

I could tell my mom was very concerned for me.

We turn and head for the kitchen.

Does that mean I end up accepting Jaxxon? ‘Yes. You need to. He’s ours’ Akira says.

She’s been down since I left Jaxxon pack house but my wolf doesn’t understand the impact it left me.

I sit A’Lena on the counter, “what kind of ice cream you want Ena?”

“Sha kit” she screams excitedly. I laughed on how she said chocolate. I placed her in the high chair and grabbed her a small bowl and placed some chocolate ice cream in it. “Here baby, here’s your sha kit ice cream.”

“Yesssshhhh shan shu”. Gosh her baby talk is so cute.

“Excuse me, Princess Amaly. Sorry to interrupt…” I turned to see my brother’s Beta Tuey, “these were delivered to you.” In walks in a warrior carrying a huge bouquet of red roses.

“What?.. from who?” Of course it could only mean one person.. Jaxxon.

“Alpha Jaxxon. Andrew, please set these on the counter for the princess and then your excused.” He says to the warrior. “You both would make a very powerful couple you know. He’s lucky.” The beta says smiling and turns to walk away. Umm ok.

I turned to look at the roses. They were beautiful. Extremely beautiful. Finely picked roses. I take a sniff as Akira perks up. ‘MATE’ she says excitedly. I turned my head to look for him but he wasn’t there.

“No silly girl. The rose. He make one smell like him.’

I looked into the bouquet, ‘uhh Akira, there’s too many to distinguish..’ as I sniff around ‘ah, found it.’ And pulled the one rose that has his scent on it. I placed it under my nose, and he scent amazingly made me relax. It actually calmed my nerves.

“Aww boo ful! I want!” A’Lena tells me.

“Ok. Let me cut the thorns off so you don’t hurt yourself. K?” And she nods her head.

“Wow, those are beautiful sweetheart. Did Jaxxon send those?” My mom asked as both my parents walk in. Dad goes straight to his mini me and picks her up. She squealed so loud, like I felt my ear drum popped.

“Yes.” I put down the rose I had in my hand and I grabbed another one and took it to the sink and cut it down so that were no thorns to hurt my baby sister. Handing it to her and her eyes rounded with excitement. I giggled with her reaction. I picked up the one rose again that was making Akira go crazy. He scent was really calming.

“You can’t always avoid him, you know.” My father says.

“I know. I just need time. It’s just isn’t right how he never came forth about it.”

“You never really know the motives behind those stories if you don’t ask questions, baby girl” I swear, even though there are now seven of us, I’ll never get tired of my father calling me baby girl. Even if I’m his oldest daughter.

“Yes. I know.” Thinking to myself that I needed to let Akira out. I looked at the one rose in my head, smelling it again. “I’m headed out. I’m going let Akira out to stretch her legs and run a few laps.”

My father nods as he’s bouncing A’Lena on his lap. My mom has this look where she wants to help but not sure where to start.

I kiss my sister on the check, then I kissed my dad on top of his head. Looked at mom and hugged her tightly.

“I’ll be back later.” I headed towards the hallway leading out to the foyer with the one rose Akira was attached too. Headed upstairs into my room to change into some joggers and a crop top. I placed the rose in a small jar I had in my room with some cold water and put it on my nightstand beside my bed. Sniffed it one more time before I walked away.

As I was walking down the steps to the grass, there was a nice black 2023 BMW 7 series 760i with dark tinted windows that just parked in the turnaround driveway in front of the house next to the water statue. Several suvs filled with men behind this beautiful car.The driver gets out, a tall, dark blonde swayed hair, very muscular with his clothes looking a bit tight on him. One more vein popping out, the buttons on his shirt might burst off.

He walks to the passenger side as he glances at me while he opens the door for the passenger. Out comes another tall man. Very fitted muscular physique. Dressed in a dark grey long sleeve silk button up shirt with the first two buttons unfastened and the sleeves folded up. Black fitted stretched suit pants. You can see the tattoo’s peaking through his chest and his arms covered in them. Holy hell was he attractive. Hot. Gorgeous. You could feel the power oozing from him. I knew he was an alpha or some sort because the power radiating from him is the same kind of aura I felt from my father or brother.

He looks at me, as if he knew who I was and has a gentle smile on his face. He starts walking towards me as my brother come around the corner.

“Alpha King Theo”, my brother David calls out. “It’s a pleasure to have you here. My warriors at the gate told me you were here. Let’s go inside and talk inside the office.”

Alpha King Theo. Name sounds very familiar.

He looks at me again before he nods and turn towards the door to the entryway of the pack house. My father was standing there very guarded.

I turn back to the forest line and start my run with Akira. To have some room to breath with just us. Maybe go to the lake and take a dip. I go into the forest behind a few trees and discarded my clothes. Placed them in my mouth once I had shifted to Akira.

Akira is a beautiful huge white wolf with grey speckled tips. Due to us being alpha blood, our wolves are bigger then the norm. My father and David’s wolves are even bigger then Akira.

We take off and started racing through the forest. Feeling the breeze of wind through my fur. It felt good.

Alpha David POV

I have recently started on my younger two brothers training. They will be thirteen soon so it was better for them to start early. They were already getting attention from the she wolves but I needed them to focus. Put your dick in the wrong female can destroy you.

“Alpha”, one of the warriors at the gate mind linked me.

“Go ahead.”

“There’s an Alpha King Theo here at the gate stating that there is a meeting between the two of you and is requesting to speak to you in private.”

“Let him in and let him know where to go.” Apart of me was regretting letting him in our pack land.

I turned to my brothers, “Training is short with me today. You’ll finish training with Luna Nadia & Gamma Danny.. I have business to attend to.” I kiss my girl gently as I grabbed her ass. She’s the perfect equal to me. I turned to walk away knowing this meeting was not something I was looking forward to.

Alpha Theo is actually the Alpha King of the Southern Border Territory, a vast land in the south. He was strong and deadly. Between our territories, we have always been neutral as how our great grandfathers created a peace treaty.

For him being here, I am not sure how she’s going to take it.

~~~ Flashback. 3 months ago ~~~

I was at the southern most territory of our lands, Mohawk Eagle Pack, right before you hit the Southern Border Territory. Things have always been neutral with both territory.

Hanging at the bar in a VIP booth with my Gamma Danny. The bar is located between the pack and the Southern Border Territory. Alpha Tomas was with us as a host for his pack land. We all got along for the most part. Alpha Tomas was still searching for his fated mate. It didn’t stop him from taking what he wanted in the process.

“Shots for our incredible Alpha King David” he says holding up a shot glass to make a toast for us.

“And what about the Alpha King of the South”, as we all turned our head to see Alpha King Theo.

“Ah, two of the finest Alpha Kings in my bar at the same time. How magnificent.” Alpha Tomas says. He hands him a shot and we all downed our shot before I could acknowledge Theo.

Theo looks to me and shakes my hand.

“There’s actually something I need to discuss with you.” He says. “Something I rather discuss with you then to act on it.”

Curiosity kills the cat.

Something I never expected. Something I wasn’t too sure how to go about it. I’m sure dad’s not going to be too keen about this neither. How this has been hidden from us could cause a war. Something we don’t want when both territories were strong and powerful.

‘Dad…’ i linked my father.

‘Yes, son. Something the matter?’

I told my father about my trip when I returned to the pack. He was furious that something like this was hidden. He knew why the Alpha King of the South is here. ‘Dad, Alpha Theo has made his presence into the Territory. He’s headed to the pack house now. I will head that way. Where’s Amaly?’ Hoping he does not have a chance to glance at her.

‘She’s about to step out for a run if she hasn’t already….. shit!’ He says. ‘He’s outside his car and she just got to the bottom step to start walking to the forest line.’ I took off and ran towards the pack house.

Turning the corner in a hurry I could see Alpha Theo trying to make his way to Amaly. I can tell she was a little intrigued with the Alpha. He was an attractive man. He could have anyone, but not her. I couldn’t let her give up on Jaxxon.

“Ahhh Alpha King Theo. What a pleasant surprise to see you here.” Knowing I really wasn’t happy to see him. “Come. Let’s go inside the pack house and to my office. Did you or any of your fellow pack members need a drink for the long journey or something to eat?”

I watched him as he watches Amaly as she heads into the forest line. He knew it was her.

“Coffee for myself please. The others will help them selves to whatever is offered to them.” He pauses for a moment before he continues, “Who was the she wolf heading to the forest line?” As he pointed in the direction Amaly disappeared into.

I sighed as Theo gave me a wary look. “That sir, was my twin, Princess Amaly. The one you have questioned about.”

He smiles as he stares at the forest line.

Inside the office, we had the doors closed with guards on the outside to keep anyone from entering. Alpha Theo is standing by the window as if watching for a glimpse of my sister again. She was the reason why he was here.

“Alpha King Theo, please iterate why you have come to our pack house and territory. I know we’re both neutral standing among one another. What business do you actually have?” My father cuts to the chase.

He turns, and looks at my father.

“I have come peacefully and as neutral as possible. I believe I have a great relationship with my fellow Alpha King. Isn’t that right?” He says as he looks at me and I nod.

“But if you want to cut the story short then that’s fine too. My primary reason I have decided to come is to get to know my chosen mate and take my chosen mate home that was blood oath to me, to be my Luna. She is mines as our great grandfathers have made an oath for the bloodlines to stay strong and to also continue to stay neutral to one another.” He says with a sly smile as he pulls out a treaty and hands it to my father.

“Your grandfather”, he points to my dad, “made a blood oath to my great grandfather to remain civil and neutral between both territories as a treaty was signed and sealed with a promised marriage between the daughter of the Northern West Territory & the son of the Southern Boarder Territory. This is a blood oath treaty that can not be broken.” He says with authority in his tone. “And since your grandfather or father did not have any daughters, you have been the lucky one to produce one.”

“I will not allow it!” My father says angrily.

Theo looks at him to test his next move.

“Father, let’s think rationally.” I turned to Theo. “What if she does not agree? What if she already has a fated mate?”

“She’s not marked or claimed. She has to agree. It’s a part of the treaty. Luckily for her, I don’t have a fated so it’ll work out.”

“What do you mean you don’t have a fated?” I asked.

“I have looked for my fated mate for over 6 years. I had took a chosen. I trained her and adapted her to be my future Luna for her to only be killed before her Luna ceremony. I know I can treat the princess well. It takes time to grow and love someone. Trust me. I have no ill intentions. Or for war. Believe me, going against this blood oath will cause war among us and right now, I like what I see. She carries herself well.”

I look at my father who is fuming. I know my father will not agree as we both know who her fated mate was. I knew my father had always knew of Jaxxon being her fated and had always accepted him within our family for the longest. She rejected him but he rejected her rejection. So the bond was still there, and still strong.

“Ok.” I sighed out.

My father looks at me ready to kill me and Theo with his brows cocked to the side.

‘What the fuck do you think your doing David? She has Jaxxon. Are you going against both of them’ my dad links me.

‘Chill dad. In the end, I highly doubt she’ll choose him over her fated. It doesn’t hurt to let him try.’

‘David, I have denied all these other Alpha’s advances and marriage proposals. I will not deal with her rath. You will. When her powers are in full force, I’ll let you handle it.’ He says as he walks out the office.

I know my father is very sensitive when it comes to Amaly. I may be his predecessor, but she has always been his pride and joy. Someone he is over protective about and that he will bend over backwards for and supports her in everything that she does. So I know my father was not taking this easy.

“So I’m assuming you will let me court your sister then?” Alpha Theo says and I give him a nod. Walking to the bar, and poured me a whiskey. I don’t know how this will play out. I knew my father was enraged with me but this was really Amaly’s chose in play.

I knew deep down, things will work in the end. I seen the images before. I’ll succeed with my best friend along my side, with his mate next to him. That mate, was Amaly.

It might be rough now but with time, things will be put into place the way our Moon Goddess had placed it.

“Well Alpha, if you don’t mind, I will go search for my chooses.” Theo says.

All I could do was nod and smile at him as I tipped my glass to the air for him. He turns and heads out the door as I watch him through the window. He sniffs the air and heads to the direction where her scent led him.

Being Alpha Kings, we can scent out our prey easily. If he’s intrigued, he will find her.

If she chose him, I knew he would still treat her well. He was not a horrible person. A strong willed & powerful Alpha, but he knew what he wanted. Determine to succeed and that’s exactly what he wanted.

We’ll have to see how things played out.
