Leon's Perspective

Stretching my arms up the sky, I felt a pain in my head. Sobrang dami ng nainom ko kagabi. Hindi sana ako lalabas pero I have to meet someone, at bigla namang nagkatuwaan at uminom kami ng barkada ko, with Daxton's ex. 

"How is Daxton?" tanong ng ex niya sa akin, at malungkot naman akong tumingin sa kanya.

Ngumiti ako para naman hindi niya dama ang lungkot, "Still the same," I responded and although she was smiling in front of me, I could see her agony.  Pareho lang naman kami ng nararamdaman. Pero kahit naman pagsisihan ko ang nangyari, it's too late now.

"He still can't forgive us, right?" she softly asked and I nodded my head as a response to her question.

"I'm sorry for dragging you into this mess," malungkot niyang sinabi pero hinila ko siya sa balikat, I embraced her to comfort her.

"It's alright, it's not your fault, but both of us," sabi ko.
