CHAPTER SEVEN
Later that day**
It was 8 pm, and my bedtime was 9 pm, while I knew Maximilian's bedtime was around midnight.If I had slept before then, I could say that his bedtime was way too late for me. By then, he wouldn't know anything. He could even forget about the absurd promise I made.With that thought, I headed to the bathroom and did my skincare routine, brushed, and took a wet shower.
Then I went to my bed and tucked myself in. An unknown fact about me as I preferred to sleep naked.
