THANE'S POV

The moment we reached the pack house, I carried Tyla straight to the clinic as my heart pounded with every step.

Her body was still limp in my arm and her breathing shallow with her skin cold.

Although I had no feelings whatsoever for her but seeing her like that, looking so pale and almost lifeless made me feel sorry for her and sorry for the way I've treated her since I brought her into the pack.

“Lilian!” I yelled as we burst into the clinic.
