I sat up carefully on the bed, staring at the dark-skinned handsome man sleeping beside me.

It was an unforgettable hot night between us. I could still feel the flesh between my thighs throbbing from how hard he had pounded me the previous night.

How did it all start?

My best friends, Sandra and Ella, ridiculed me for still being a virgin at 24 years old. The realization that I looked stupid before them pained me.

I rushed to the nearby club to gulp down any available liquor and forget my sorrows. Then a man approached me and said, "Hello, miss."

I stared back at him, wondering what he wanted, but I was too sad to listen.

He grabbed the bottle from my hands and dragged me along.

"Who are you? Let me go!" I screamed. I wore a slim-fitted long red gown with black low-heel shoes.

I am the only daughter of my billionaire parents and the sole heir of BeeH Group. The people in the bar did not dare to interfere; they were all absent-minded, drinking from their own bottles.

"Calm down, miss. I don't mean any harm," the man said. I paused and stared up at his face.

He wore a black suit. He looked older than me, like a middle-aged man, probably in his 40s.

I had never fantasized about having an affair with an old man deemed fit to be my uncle's age-mate. I immediately struggled to pull my hands away from his hold.

"Calm down, miss. I don't mean any harm," he repeated, taking me to a corner in the bar.

"If you don't mean any harm, then let go of my hands," I said. He sighed and quickly spoke, "Look, miss, I need your help, and I think you're the best lady suitable for the job."

"What job?" I asked, my sharp blue eyes staring at his dark face.

I wondered if he was a boss or a servant. In City B, only billionaires could afford to live there. I wondered what help the black man standing before me needed.

I am fair in complexion and slender. He said, "Look, miss. I know you don't know me. But I saw you when you rushed in here, and I understand you're heartbroken."

"So what do you need me for?" I asked. He released my left hand, which he had dragged me with, and said, "I want you to accompany me to spend a night with my boss."

"What! Your... your what?" I asked again, in utmost disbelief.

I am the daughter of the richest man in City B. How could this man offer me such a useless task?

Well, I already looked heartbroken by my two best friends' insult. He said, "I will pay you heavily, miss, but please come with me first. I don't have much time to delay."

I wanted to protest.

First, I don't know him.

Second, I had never gone out with a stranger before. My father's bodyguards always heavily guarded me.

My dad did not easily allow me out of his sight. In the bar I had rushed into, my dad's security men were still outside and on the grand floor waiting, where my friends and I had previously celebrated my birthday in the private hall before they all laughed at me.

I thought it best to follow the elderly man. He looked responsible and honest from his looks and calm demeanor. More likely, I wanted to lose my virginity quickly to avoid my friends ridiculing me again.

My father wanted to trade me for marriage with a top billionaire's son, but he had not yet found the right match that met his requirements for the type of groom he wanted for me.

I silently followed the man. We got into the back seat of his black car, and he drove me out of the luxurious hotel. I could see two guards seated in the back seat in silence as I sat in the front passenger seat with him.

We arrived at a magnificent building. I wondered who owned the powerful mansion that stood before me.

"Step down, miss," the middle-aged man said. I remembered I had not even asked his name yet.

I gulped and stepped down. He said, "Come with me."

I sighed as I followed the man into the magnificent, powerful building that stood before my view.

The building looked as powerful as my father's mansion. I could see all the stationed guards around, standing guard over the magnificent building.

"Welcome, Mr. Adam," the maids greeted the old man who had brought me into the mansion. They bowed to me respectfully, while I waved my left hand in dismissal. I could see Mr. Adam looked surprised by my action.

"Come with me, miss," Mr. Adam said, and I followed him.

We walked upstairs to the second floor, as the house was a magnificent two-story building. He paused and spoke, "My boss is inside. Please wait here first, miss. Let me attend to him first."

I was scared and curious to know who the boss of the magnificent building was.

Was he my father's age-mate, or a young handsome man like me?

I was scared and at the same time curious, as I admired the artistic paintings on the wall. The paintings were of warriors from ancient times.

I stood admiring the beautiful view of the second floor when Mr. Adam later stepped out and said, "Come in, miss."

I gulped and followed him into the sitting room.

I felt all the air in my body stand up in fret as the cold air from the air conditioning blew on my fair skin.

I stepped into the sitting room painted in white. It seemed every item in there was invisible to me, as it was all white.

"Look, miss. Just do whatever my boss wants. I drugged him to have sex with you."

"What!" My eyes widened at the revelation.

"I am not a prostitute," I said, in case that was what Mr. Adam thought of me when he saw me rush into the club area.

"I know, miss. Just go in there, and you will meet my boss. I promise to pay you heavily as discussed, and I will take you back home to wherever you came from safely."

"Is this a joke? Pay me how much?" I asked inquisitively, though I was not broke. I am a billionaire and own a black card.

So how much did Mr. Adam think he could pay me?

"1 million," he spoke, and I chuckled.

"I am worth more than that, sir. I cannot go in there. I am scared," I replied, afraid of who the man in the bedroom was that Mr. Adam asked me to go in and see.

"Please, miss," Mr. Adam begged me.

"Call me Thelma," I said. I did not want to mention my father's last name, as the mention of Sebastian would make it easy for anyone in City B to know who my father is, since my family is the richest in City B.

"Okay, Miss Thelma, but we cannot continue to delay. Just name how much you want, and I will speak to my old master about it."

"The old master? Who is that?" I asked.

"Who is there?" I heard a deep, masculine voice ask from within the room door in front of me. I froze, as the voice sounded so powerful and very cold.

"Please go in, Miss Thelma. I will be outside waiting," Mr. Adam quickly sneaked out of the sitting room, shut the door on me, and left me alone in the white room.
